Step 1&nbsp;
Boil 4 cups of water in a pot and add 1 packet ramen noodles into it. Cook for a few minutes on medium heat. Strain the noodles and keep aside.&nbsp;
Step 2&nbsp;
Pour 1 tbsp sesame oil in a pan. Add 2 tbsp grated ginger and 1 tbsp chopped garlic into it. Saut&eacute; for a few seconds.&nbsp;
Step 3&nbsp;
Next, add 4 cups of chicken broth and 4 cups water into the pan. Add 2 tbsp chopped shiitake mushrooms and cook for a few minutes. Now, add the boiled noodles into the pan.&nbsp;

Add &frac12; cup chopped chives. Also add 1 cup chopped kale and 1 cup chopped carrots into the pan. Finally, dress with &frac14; tsp soy sauce, &frac12; tsp chilli oil and some salt. Serve hot.&nbsp;
