<p>South Indian cinema has mastered the art of making pan-India movies and the industry delivers several popular films every year. However, it is not just the films that have caught our attention but also the South actors. They are now bagging lucrative roles in big banner Bollywood films and shows. Similarly, Bollywood stars are also being cast in films down South such as Alia Bhatt in 'RRR' and Deepika Padukone in 'Project K' alongside Prabhas.</p>

<h3><strong>Rashmika Mandanna</strong></h3>
<p>The actor mesmerised the audience with her performance in 'Pushpa: The Rise' and made the entire nation dance on the hit number 'Saami Saami'. <a href="https://www.editorji.com/entertainment-news/bollywood/rashmika-mandanna-to-make-her-maiden-visit-to-new-delhi-for-the-shoot-of-animal-1658565972823">Rashmika Mandanna</a> is now all set to make her Bollywood debut with the spy thriller 'Mission Majnu', co-starring Siddharth Malhotra. <p>She made her acting debut with John Abraham starrer 'Madras Cafe' in 2013. Raashii then went to the South and delivered several hits in Telugu and Tamil. She is now preparing to make her Bollywood comeback with 'Yodha' co-starring Sidharth Malhotra. The actor will also star opposite Shahid Kapoor in web series 'Farzi'. Raashii recently featured in Ajay Devgn's crime TV series 'Rudra: The Edge of Darkness'.</p>

Last seen in 'Radhe Shyam' opposite Prabhas, Pooja is now once again focusing on some coveted Bollywood films. South Indian actor Ram Charan and his wife Upasana Kamineni Konidela recently hosted a dinner for Salman Khan at his residence. Pooja Hegde and Venkatesh Daggubati also joined him at the venue.
The 'RRR' actor shared a picture from the gathering on his pet dog, Rhyme’s Instagram account. He wrote, “I am one lucky puppy. Love, hugs, and cuddles – all for me.” In the picture, Ram's better half is seen holding Rhyme in her arms as she happily smiled at the camera with the other actors. 
Salman is currently busy with the shoot of his upcoming film titled, 'Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali' in Hyderabad. The film recently wrapped up its first schedule, reportedly. Besides this film, the 'Ek Tha Tiger' actor will be seen in 'Tiger 3' with Katrina Kaif. He will also make a cameo appearance in Chiranjeevi's 'Godfather' and in Siddharth Anand's 'Pathan' with Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham.

<p>Salman Khan took to social media and shared the first look of the much-awaited film &lsquo;Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali&rsquo;. The fans simply were seen gushing over Salman Khan&rsquo;s look in the film.</p>

<p>On Saturday, May 14, <a href="https://www.editorji.com/entertainment-news/bollywood/eid-ul-fitr-salman-khan-and-shah-rukh-khan-greet-their-fans-who-had-gathered-outside-their-residences-1651662577247" target="_blank">Salman Khan</a> took to social media and shared the first look of the much-awaited film 'Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali&rsquo;. The actor started shooting for the film in Vile Parle (Mumbai) from Friday, May 13.</p>
<p>The picture that Salman&nbsp;shared on social media has him looking ferocious with long hair. To add up to the ferociousness quotient, he has even got a metal rod in his hand. The actor captioned the post as, &lsquo;Shooting commences for my new film&rsquo;.</p>
<p>Besides Salman Khan, 'Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali&rsquo; also stars Telugu actor Venkatesh Daggubati and the svelte Pooja Hegde,&nbsp;who plays the leading lady in the film.</p>
<p>Speaking of Pooja, she had recently shared a post on social media wherein she was looking drop-dead gorgeous in a black coloured shirt and open tresses. The &lsquo;USP&rsquo; of this photo was that she was wearing Salman Khan&rsquo;s signature bracelet. She captioned the photo as, &lsquo;Shoot begins&rsquo;.</p>
<p>This is the first time when Salman Khan has been paired opposite Pooja Hegde. The film is being directed by Farhad Samji and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. The film is scheduled to release on December 30 this year.</p>
