The Shiv Sena leader said, "Mark my words...I repeat: baap beta jail jayenge. Period. And rest assured, apart from baap & beta, three central agency officials and their vasuli agents will also go behind bars. Maharashtra jhukega nahi!"
The Sena leader also asked why was Somaiya's son seeking pre-arrest bail if he has not committed any crime. 
A week ago, Raut had alleged that Somaiya has invested ₹ 260-crore in the Neerav Developers and questioned whether his son Neil Somaiya and his wife Medha are directors of Nikon green Ville Project in Palghar district.

The Reserve Bank of India&nbsp;on Friday extended the restrictions on the Punjab and Maharashtra Cooperative Bank&nbsp;(PMC Bank) from July 1 to December 31.&nbsp;
The RBI said that the extension&nbsp;was done&nbsp;taking into account the time required for completion of reconstruction of PMC Bank.&nbsp;
Last week, the RBI cleared the decks for the takeover of PMC Bank by a consortium of non-bank lenders&nbsp;Centrum Financial Services and fintech startup BharatPe. It granted an in-principle approval to Centrum to set up a small finance bank under on-tap licensing norms.&nbsp;
In September 2019, RBI put severe curbs on PMC Bank, including on cash withdrawals, amid a probe into accounting lapses.&nbsp;

The Enforcement Directorate has summoned Varsha Raut, wife of Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut, for questioning in the PMC Bank money laundering case on December 29. On Monday morning Raut&nbsp;put out a tweet saying "aa dekhe&nbsp;zara&nbsp;kisme&nbsp;kitna&nbsp;hain&nbsp;dum", seen as a retort to the ED summons.&nbsp;This is the third summons issued to Varsha&nbsp;Raut after she skipped the earlier two on health grounds, officials said. The ED wants to question Varsha Raut with regard to "receipt" of some funds that were allegedly siphoned from the bank, PTI reported quoting official sources.

The ED wants to question Varsha Raut with regard to "receipt" of some funds that were allegedly siphoned from the bank, PTI reported quoting official sources.
The Shiv Sena, which is part of Maharashtra's ruling alliance Maha Vikas Aghadi along with the NCP and the Congress, had earlier alleged that central probe agencies have been targeting them unfairly.
