It has suggested using stairs instead of lifts/elevators, using a standing desk or standing every half hour at work, parking vehicle away from workplace and taking phone calls while walking. It's also recommended moving around during commerical breaks while watching TV.&nbsp;

A study, based on data from over 34,000 Finnish students, reveals that both 'active school transport' (walking or biking to school) and 'moderate to vigorous' leisure time physical activity, like sports, have positive effects.&nbsp;
Active school transport was linked to higher academic skills perception and greater school enjoyment, while leisure-time physical activity correlated with improved overall well-being.
Notably, students engaging in 4-6 hours of weekly physical activity had a nearly 50% lower chances of experiencing school burnout. The study underscores the importance of physical activity in boosting academic outcomes and students' mental well-being.
