The four-hour-long marathon started from Lukung and ended at Maan village with no injury reported to any of the 75 participants.
The event was named the 'Last Run' to remind the people about climate change and the need to save the Himalayas.

China on Monday said its troops &lsquo;strictly&rsquo; abide by the Line of Actual Control with India. This&nbsp;remark&nbsp;by&nbsp;Chinese foreign ministry&nbsp;came&nbsp;in response to&nbsp;the Indian army&rsquo;s statement that said the Chinese armed forces had carried out&nbsp;provocative military actions&nbsp;on the southern banks of the Pangong Tso.&nbsp;The foreign ministry&rsquo;s spokesperson&nbsp;Zhao&nbsp;Lijian&nbsp;said&nbsp;the two sides through diplomatic and military channels maintain close communication.&nbsp;&nbsp;There have been several meetings between the two sides to disengage after border troops clashed in&nbsp;Galwan&nbsp;Valley on June 15, which led to death of at least 20 Indian soldiers.&nbsp;Since then&nbsp;Chinese troops have been slow to pull back, particularly around Pangong Tso, the saltwater glacial lake spread across 700 sq km.&nbsp;
