The combined opposition has already named Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) president Shehbaz Sharif as joint candidate. &nbsp;&nbsp;
70-year-old Shehbaz&nbsp;is the younger brother of Nawaz&nbsp;Sharif, who served as the PM three times.&nbsp;&nbsp; Shehbaz Sharif&nbsp;comes from the wealthy Sharif&nbsp;dynasty and is known for his 'can-do' administrative style exhibited during his stint as the Chief Minister of Punjab Province. He has served on the post for three terms.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Unlike his brother, Sharif&nbsp;is known to enjoy an amicable relationship with the military. He is also more inclined towards India than Imran&nbsp;Khan during his tenure. &nbsp;
Sharif&nbsp;was first elected as the CM of Punjab in 1997. Following the coup in 1999, he lived in exile for almost a decade in Saudi Arabia.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Shehbaz Sharif&nbsp;returned in 2007 and joined politics again. His entry into national politics was when he was elected the chief on PML-N after brother Nawaz&nbsp;was found in the Panama Papers case.&nbsp;&nbsp;
While, he has faced many corruption charges, he has never been found guilty.&nbsp;
