A four-storey building collapsed in north Delhi's Sabzi Mandi area on Monday.&nbsp;A person trapped under the debris was rescued and rushed to a nearby hospital while several others are feared trapped inside the rubble, a senior police officer said.
Following the accident, seven fire tenders were rushed to the spot for rescue operations, officials said.

Police and local administrative officials also reached the site to overlook the rescue and relief operations. Construction works were underway in the building when the incident took place.

Covid-19 patients of Delhi's civic-run Hindu Rao&nbsp;Hospital were transferred to hospitals or facilities run by the Delhi govt after doctors of Hindu Rao&nbsp;went on a 'symbolic'&nbsp;strike demanding their salary dues for last 3 months. The Delhi govt said that the patients can choose to be shifted to the LNJP&nbsp;Hospital or any other hospitals run by them. Delhi Health Minister slammed the&nbsp;BJP-led&nbsp;North Delhi Municipal Corporation saying that they should hand over municipal hospitals to the AAP&nbsp;govt if they can't run them.&nbsp;North Delhi Mayor Jai Prakash shot back, claiming that the Delhi govt was trying to handicap the corporation by not giving them pending funds.&nbsp;
