OnePlus has begun rolling out the stable version of Android 13 based OxygenOS 13 to users who participated in the Open Beta program. The update is currently available only for Nord 2T users in India. The company will test the update with a small group of users before releasing it in other regions.&nbsp;
OxygenOS 13 for the OnePlus Nord 2T includes the new Aquamorphic Design, December 2022 security patches, and various new features as per the changelog. If early adopters do not report any issues, the update should be widely available in the upcoming weeks.

Spinning off sub-brands into independent brands appears to be a BBK Electronics hallmark - Realme branched off from Oppo, while iQoo spun off from Vivo.
Anyway, if Nord becomes independent, it is said to remain below OnePlus, possibly competing with Poco and Samsung&rsquo;s M-series.

OnePlus has previously confirmed some specifications for the Nord 2 5G, including a 50MP Sony IMX7666 sensor with OIS, a 6.43-inch 90Hz AMOLED screen with HDR10+ certification and a custom-developed Dimensity 1200 chipset.
The OnePlus Nord 2 5G launch is set for July 22, and is expected to feature the launch of the OnePlus Buds Pro as well.
