Nora Fatehi took to Instagram and shared pictures wearing a white and red lehenga. Nora's first lehenga, a drop-dead red from the house of JJ Valaya serves major bridal fashion goals. The attire features a deep V-neck blouse adorned with intricate golden hand embroidery, a matching flared skirt and dupatta.&nbsp;
Nora picked a heavy kundan-studded maang tika, a choker and a multi-layered green emerald pendant necklace to add a bridal touch. Her makeup was done by MUA Yashaswini Gupta. Nora kept her makeup light as she added nude eyeshadow, smudged eyeliner, blushed cheeks and peach lips.
For her second look at the photoshoot, Nora picked a delicate beige lehenga from the house of Sawan Gandhi. The lehenga features a sleeveless deep V-neck blouse, a flared skirt adorned with silver sequin embroidery, and a sheer dupatta.&nbsp;
She accessorised with green emerald jewellery, including multiple layered necklaces, statement earrings, a nose ring, and a matching maang tika. She kept her makeup light and opted for a nude lipstick-eyeshadow look.
The delicate mirror work and her pristine look are a total winner.

 In her statement, she claimed that she was made a &lsquo;scapegoat&rsquo; in a money laundering case against conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar.
 &lsquo;They have called me a gold digger and accused me of having a relationship with a con artist (Sukesh Chandrasekhar) and included my name in an ongoing criminal case to divert attention away from them,&rsquo; Nora told the court.
 &lsquo;The reason why I&rsquo;m filing this case is that the ongoing ED case involving con artist Sukesh, with which I have nothing to do, neither do I know these people,&rsquo; Fatehi said.
 &lsquo;I was called at an event as a chief guest. I have been made a scapegoat in this case in the media, to safeguard certain people&rsquo;s image, because I am an outsider and I&rsquo;m alone in this country,&rsquo; she added.
 Nora Fatehi further demanded compensation for all damage done to her &lsquo;career and reputation, which I&rsquo;ve built relentlessly over the last eight years.&rsquo; Fatehi recorded her statement under 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC) before the magistrate.

Family background
Nora was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada on February 6, 1992. Her mother and father are Moroccan (North African), and she has a younger brother named Omer Fatehi. Nora&rsquo;s parents are divorced. After her father left, she had to drop out of her college to provide for her brother. Nora completed her early studies at Westview Centennial Secondary School, Toronto. After that, she studied at York University, Toronto.
Self-taught belly dancer
She became a professional belly dancer during her college and she only relied on the YouTube videos for her training. She used to give dance lessons to Disha Patani and the duo has known each other for many years.
Career
Before pursuing acting as a career, Nora has done many jobs - as a telemarketing customer service representative, a waitress, and a bartender. She made her Bollywood debut in 2014 with &lsquo;Roar: Tigers of Sundarbans&rsquo;. Helmed by Kamal Sadanah, the star cast involved Abhinav Shukla, Himarsha Venkatsamy and Achint Kaur among others. She danced her way into our hearts when she grooved to the song &lsquo;Dilbar&rsquo; in John Abraham starrer &lsquo;Satyameva Jayate&rsquo; (2018).
Apart from Bollywood, she has also worked in regional cinema including Telugu, Malayalam and Tamil.
During the initial days, the actor was bullied. She made the revelation during an interview with a YouTube star. She said, &lsquo;We were so excited and so na&iuml;ve. I was thinking I'll get picked up by a limousine and a butler, and they're going to take me to a suite, and I would go to my auditions in that limo. It was nothing like that. In an exclusive conversation with Bollywood Hungama, she said, 'The biggest red flag in a guy is disappearing. Not ghosting, like he will talk to you a lot today and tomorrow, and then for five days he is quiet, and then he will come back again and talk to you, like intense, and then he disappears again. Then you know he is talking to more than one girl.'
When questioned about the pettiest thing one can do after a breakup, she replied, 'I have not done anything petty yet. I was thinking of doing one. I think something petty is telling people the business, the person's private business. I think that is really petty.'

As per ETimes report, Sukesh said, 'Today Nora talks about me promising her a house, but she already has taken a large amount from me to purchase a house for her family in Casablanca, Morocco, all these new stories are crafted by her to escape law after ED statement 9 months ago given by her.'
'Nora claims that she did not want a car, or she did not take it for herself is a very big lie, as she was after my life that her car had to be changed, as the 'CLA' that she had looked very cheap, so then me and her selected car I gave her, and the chats and screenshots are very well with the ED, so there is no lie at all, in fact I wanted to give her Range rover, but as the car was not available in stock she wanted in urgent, I gave her the BMW S series, which she kept using for a long time, as she was a non- Indian, she asked me to register it on the name of her best friend&rsquo;s husband Bobby's name. Me and Nora never had a professional transaction, as she is claiming except for once that she attended an event hosted by my concern foundation, for which official payment was made to her agency,' he concluded.

Now, as per news agency ANI, Sukesh has claimed that he was in a relationship with Jacqueline and Nora was jealous of her. In a statement, Sukesh said Nora used to call him 10 times a day seeking favour, while he started dating Jacqueline.
&lsquo;I started avoiding Nora but she kept irritating me,&rsquo; Sukesh said in a press statement issued through his lawyers Anant Malik and AK Singh.
The statement read that Nora used to brainwash Sukesh against Jacqueline so that he would leave the &lsquo;Ram Setu&rsquo; actor and start dating her. Nora reportedly wanted Sukesh to help her in setting up a music production company for a relative. She used to send him photos of expensive bags and jewellery that she wanted.
&lsquo;Ask her to produce one bill of Hermes bags that she has, she can never produce as she does not have. The bags are worth more than ₹2 crore,&rsquo; the statement said.
Sukesh in his statement stated that he respects all women and therefore won't put out screenshots of chats to assassinate their character. Actor Nora Fatehi also recorded her statement in the court recently and said that she was invited to attend an event in Chennai hosted by Chandrashekhar&rsquo;s wife, actor Leena Maria. She was asked to be the chief guest at the event, judge a dance competition and hand out an envelope containing money to disabled children.
Following the event, Chandrashekhar spoke to her over the phone with an &lsquo;international accent&rsquo; and offered a car as a &lsquo;thank you token&rsquo;. She refused as they had already gifted boxes consisting of an iPhone and Gucci bag.
Nora claimed the accused persons kept pestering her with the car, but she instead offered to promote their event free of cost since &lsquo;they were generous&rsquo;.
In her statement, Nora Fatehi also alleged that Chandrashekhar wanted to finance her &lsquo;entire life, family, career&rsquo; in exchange for her &lsquo;to be his girlfriend&rsquo;.

Her advocate Vikram Singh Chauhan said that the actor gave the statement before a magistrate to assist the investigation. He said that his client's conduct has been compliant since she has utmost faith in judicial process as well as laws of India.
Chauhan further added, &lsquo;She has, time and again, proved, through her conduct that, in all bona fides, despite her contractual liabilities, she ensures, she assists the investigating agencies whenever the need arises.&rsquo;

As per the reports in E times, Nora Fatehi filed a defamation case in a court against actor Jacqueline Fernandez, alleging that the latter made defamatory allegations against her for 'malicious reasons' and to 'destroy her career.'

As per ETimes report, Nora Fatehi filed a defamation case in a court against actor Jacqueline Fernandez for allegedly tarnishing her image for 'malicious reasons'.

Actor Jacqueline Fernandez is likely to respond to a defamation suit filed by fellow actor Nora Fatehi, who has alleged that the &lsquo;Ram Setu&rsquo; actor tried to &lsquo;tarnish her reputation&rsquo; and cause loss of work in the industry.
Jacqueline&rsquo;s lawyer Prashant Patil spoke with ETimes and mentioned that they haven't received any official copy of the suit filed yet. He said, 'Jacqueline has not made any statement in front of any electronic or print media against Nora or for that matter, any other person. She has consciously avoided talking about the Enforcement Directorate proceedings. Till date she has maintained the sanctity of law and because the matter is sub-judice she has always avoided to speak in front of print and social media. Having said that, we have not received any official copy of the suit filed by Nora. Once we receive an official confirmation or an order of the Honourable Court, we will respond to it legally.'
The lawyer added that Jacqueline has the &lsquo;utmost respect&rsquo; for Nora, but if dragged into legal proceedings, she will respond to protect her &lsquo;dignity&rsquo;.
&lsquo;My client has the utmost respect for Nora. There definitely has been some sort of miscommunication. Quoting anybody's reply, filed before an adjudicating authority, is a matter of pure judicial proceeding. Any statement made during the course of arguments made before a judicial proceeding cannot be quoted in the public domain, the way it has been quoted now. My client has no intention to defame Nora or for that matter anybody else. If Jacqueline is dragged to any legal court, she will respond legally to protect her own dignity,&rsquo; he added.
For the unversed, Nora and Jacqueline have been questioned several times by the Enforcement Directorate in connection with conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar&rsquo;s ₹200-crore money laundering case.

Actor Nora Fatehi appeared before the Enforcement Directorate on Friday for questioning in the Rs 200 crore money laundering case linked to conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar. The agency has questioned her multiple times in the case in the recent past.
According to the Indian Express report, sources said the actor will be questioned about Chandrashekhar and her statement will be recorded under the sections of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
Earlier, the ED filed charge sheets filed in the case and named actor Jacqueline Fernandez as an accused, while Nora Fatehi&rsquo;s statement was included in the same prosecution complaint.

The incident allegedly happened on the sets of &lsquo;India's Best Dancer&rsquo; a few years ago and a video of the same was widely shared on the internet, stirring a controversy. Now, the choreographer, who featured on Maniesh Paul&rsquo;s podcast, has refuted all the allegations.
Terence explained that veteran actor Shatrughan Sinha and his wife appeared on the programme, and Geeta Kapur wanted them to greet the guests with a complete namaskar. That week, Malaika Arora had skipped judging the show as she had COVID, and Nora had filled in for her.
Nora and Terence did namaskar out of respect, but Geeta wanted them to do more. Therefore, they all complied with her requests. He said he doesn&rsquo;t even remember if his hand touched Nora.

Actor Jacqueline Fernandez's bail plea was heard by a Delhi court on Saturday, and during the hearing ED informed the court that the actor tried to flee from the country to escape from the money laundering case that involves jailed conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar. &nbsp;
 According to reports, additional sessions judge Shailender Malik said that the reply on Jacqueline's bail plea was already filed by the ED. However, her lawyers argued that she didn`t receive any document from the probing agency. The court then deferred the matter for November 10 and asked ED to provide chargesheet and other documents to all parties. &nbsp;&nbsp;
 ED also alleged that the actor tampered with evidence while the case was being investigated. They said she deleted data from her cell phone. ED also said that she wanted to leave India but couldn't as her name was on the look-out circular (LOC). &nbsp;
 'ED has opposed actor Jacqueline Fernandez's bail plea. The agency has said that Fernandez never cooperated with probe, only made disclosure when confronted with evidence. ED also says that she made an abortive bid to flee India but couldn't do it due to the issuance of LOC.
Further, the agency said that the actress did not cooperate with the investigators. Her behaviour was not good during the investigation. She can damage the evidence and witnesses. Whenever she was made to sit face-to-face with other accused in the case and presented with evidence, she confessed her crime,' India TV quoted the ED as saying. ED also said, `Jacqueline is no ordinary person but a Bollywood actress with huge financial resources and hence high stature and influence.` &nbsp;

Later this month, the International Monetary Fund will send its first negotiation mission to Bangladesh to open talks with the government on loans the country has sought, according to Anne-Marie Gulde-Wolf, deputy director of the Asia and Pacific Department at the IMF.
At a media briefing on October 13, she said that the reserves &lsquo;are still at a comfortable level, but the direction has been going down&rsquo;.
