Days after Nusrsat Jahan&rsquo;s husband Nikhil Jain said he is not the father of the child she is carrying, the&nbsp; TMC MP and Tollywood actress has issued a statement addressing her relationship status, for the first time since rumours of pregnancy started doing rounds on social media.
Nusrat Jahan broke her silence regarding her separation from Nikhil Jain and revealed that her marriage with Nikhil was according to Turkish Law and is not valid in India. She also since it was an interfaith marriage, it required validation under Special Marriage Act in India, which did not happen. &lsquo;The alleged marriage is not legal, valid and tenable&rsquo;, her seven-point statement read.
She also alleged that her belongings, like family jewellery and other assets, have been 'illegally held back'. She further claimed that her "funds were mishandled" from various accounts without her knowledge.

After Nusrat Jahan revealed in a statement that her marriage with Nikhil Jain is invalid in India, Nikhil&nbsp;said&nbsp;he has filed for an annulment in Kolkata.
