In the clip, shared by Jonas Daily News, Nick glances up at the audience before taking off, motioning to his security guard to follow suit.
Turns out, a red laser was aimed at his head!
While Nick and his guard bolted, Kevin and Joe stayed on stage, cool as ever.
The concert paused briefly, but the show went on after the culprit was kicked out.
Fans reacted with shock, asking, &lsquo;How did the laser guy even get past security?!&rsquo;
&lsquo;I&rsquo;m so glad they&rsquo;re okay! How dare they do that?! Absolutely terrifying,&rsquo; wrote an Instagram user. &lsquo;They have a sign to indicate danger. That's smart,&rsquo; read a comment.
&lsquo;Why are people like this!!!?!?!?&rsquo; asked another fan.
However, no official statement has been made by the Jonas Brothers about the incident yet.
The Jonas Brothers last performed in Paris on October 13.
After Prague, their tour will end in Poland's Krakow on October 16.

Apologising to his fans for disappointing them, he said that he's heartbroken but will try to beat this (influenza) thing. Nick Jonas, along with his brothers Kevin Jonas and Joe Jonas, was set to perform in Mexico this weekend.
<h3>'I hate disappointing you guys'</h3>
In the video, Nick said, "Hey everybody, it's Nick here. I have some not-so-fun news to share. A couple of days ago, I started feeling kind of rough; I lost my voice when I woke up and grinded that night out. Over the last two, two and a half days, it's gotten progressively worse. I was basically in bed all day yesterday, fever, body ache, sore throat and really bad cough." He added that after the doctor did a checkup, his health hadn't gotten better."&nbsp;
"I just need to recover and beat these things. I'm so sorry. I hate disappointing you guys. You do so much to support us. A lot of you have travelled out to be at that show. Just want to say I'm heartbroken over this. Again, I'm really sorry, but I gotta try to beat this thing," he added.
Sharing the video on his Instagram, Nick wrote a long caption that read, "Hi guys. I have come down with the nasty strain of influenza-A that's been going around, and I'm not able to sing at the moment. We always want to be able to give you guys the best show and I'm just not able to do that for these shows in Mexico at this time. These shows are now rescheduled for August. Mexico City: 8/21 and 8/22 Monterrey: 8/24 and 8/25 We are incredibly sorry for the inconvenience this causes some of you. Love you all. You're the best fans in the world. Will bring 120% in August!"

American singer-actor Nick Jonas opened up about his Type 1 diabetes in a recent interview and said that he was lucky enough to have an incredible support system around him that noticed the signs, helped me make the decision to get checked, and ultimately saved his life.
In an interview with aol.com, he also revealed how he plans to educate their daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas about the disease.
On being asked about how he manages his condition as a father, Nick Jonas said, &lsquo;There were days early in our daughter being home where a low would hit me right as she needed a bottle or needed my attention for something and it was a very new thing to experience. And thinking through, one day, too, explaining it to her: Why daddy has to take a second, or whatever the thing is, was really not something I&rsquo;d thought about.&rsquo;
Nick also revealed that Priyanka Chopra has access to his blood sugar numbers via an app.
