46-year-old Majithia, is the brother-in-law of Shiromani Akali Dal&nbsp;chief Sukhbir Singh Badal and brother of former Union minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal.

The Ministry of Home Affairs issued a lookout notice against former Punjab minister and senior SAD leader Bikram Singh Majithia, who was booked under the NDPS Act.
A case under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances or NDPS&nbsp;Act was registered against him on the basis of a 2018 status report of a probe into the drug racket in the state.

The report was filed by anti-drug special task force chief Harpreet Singh Sidhu in the Punjab and Haryana High Court in 2018. While the SAD has called allegations against&nbsp;Majithia&nbsp;&ldquo;political vendetta&rdquo;, he had denied all charges against him. 46-year-old Majithia, is the brother-in-law of Shiromani Akali Dal&nbsp;chief Sukhbir Singh Badal and brother of former Union minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal.

Rhea files complaint against SSR's sister Priyanka 

Rhea Chakraborty who has been accused by late Sushant&nbsp;Singh Rajput's&nbsp;family of abetting the actor's suicide has now filed a complaint before Mumbai&nbsp;Police&nbsp;against SSR's&nbsp;sister Priyanka Singh and Dr Tarun Kumar of Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital and others, accusing&nbsp;of forging the medical prescription.
Rhea in her complaint alleged that Sushant's sister Priyanka&nbsp;along with others gave him medicines that are controlled&nbsp;under the&nbsp;NDPS Act without doctor's consultation.
The complaint also accused Priyanka&nbsp;&amp; Delhi Doctor for sending a bogus&nbsp;medical prescription &amp; wrongly showing&nbsp;Sushant Singh Rajput as an Out-Patient in Delhi when he was in Mumbai on June 8, 2020.
