Vivo might launch the X90 series on 31 January.

The Vivo X90 series is expected to be officially launched globally on January 31st, with the event taking place in Malaysia. This information comes from sources including Newzonly and industry insider Parag Guglani, who has also shared promotional images for the launch on Twitter.
The X90 Pro Plus model is not mentioned in the marketing material, so it seems that it may not be included in the release. It has been reported that the base X90 model is expected to retail for ₹69,000 and the pro model for ₹99,000.
The marketing material also revealed the specifications of the phones. Both the X90 and X90 Pro will be powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 9200 SoC, with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Both devices will feature a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display and 120W flash charging.
The main difference between the two models is their battery capacity, camera and colour options. The X90 will have a 4810mAh battery along with a 50+12+12 MP camera setup and will be offered in Breeze Blue and Asteroid Black while the X90 Pro will have a 50+50+12 MP camera setup at back along with a slightly larger 4870mAh battery will be available in Legendary Black only.

MediaTek has announced its flagship Dimensity 9000+ mobile chipset. It will rival Qualcomm&rsquo;s recently announced Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 chipset.
Over the Dimensity 9000, the plus version gets a 5 percent CPU boost and a 10 percent GPU boost. There are also improvements to image signal processing and the 5G modem.
The speed of the Dimensity 9000+'s high-performance cores has been increased from 3.05GHz to 3.2GHz.
It retains the same 1+3+4 configuration, but with three Cortex-A710 cores and four high-efficiency Cortex-A510 cores. The Mali-G710 MC10 GPU has been boosted as well.&nbsp;

The MediaTek Imagiq 790 can capture 18-bit HDR footage from three cameras at the same time. It also supports still photographs up to 320MP and has a processing speed of 9 gigapixels per second. 4K HDR video recording is also supported.
In addition, MediaTek's MiraVision 790 supports WDHD+ displays with frame rates of 144Hz or 180Hz at FHD and Wi-Fi display support up to 4K60 for HDR content. Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 are also supported by the 9000+.
MediaTek claims that the Dimensity 9000+ might debut in smartphones as early as this year's third quarter.

Chipset maker MediaTek, which recently announced the new flagship Dimensity 9000 chipset, is also working on a new upper mid-range chipset called the MediaTek Dimensity 7000. A tipster on Chinese social media network Weibo has indicated that the upcoming MediaTek Dimensity 7000 chipset has entered the testing phase.
The MediaTek Dimensity 7000 is also reportedly based on TSMC&rsquo;s 5nm manufacturing process, and also uses ARM&rsquo;s V9 architecture, which was used in the Dimensity 9000 chipset.
According to sources, the chipset should slot in between the Snapdragon 870 and Snapdragon 888 in terms of performance, with a 75W TDP.

While the 5G modem complies with the 3GPP Release-16 standard, and supports sub-GHz 5G, there's no mmWave 5G on the Dimensity 9000. MediaTek also claims the modem brings improved power consumption for both active and standby 5G connections.
The Dimensity 9000 will support LPDDR5x RAM speeds of up to 7500Mbps in smartphones, and gets 14MB of cache, which MediaTek claims improves performance by 7% and bandwidth consumption by 25% compared to just 8MB of cache.
In the graphics department, the Dimensity 9000 gets a new 10-core Mali-G710 GPU, along with a new raytracing SDK for developers to be able to add new visual improvements.
The Image Signal Processor on the Dimensity 9000 can capture 4K HDR video for three cameras simultaneously, which MediaTek says will allow devices to capture three exposures at once. Moreover, the chipset will support camera sensors of up to 320-megapixels.
