1. Before posting your photo on social media, asking your friends and others whether you look good or not is one such habit. If you think the photo is good, then go ahead and post it. Taking opinion of others is not needed at all.
2. When someone praises you, you underestimate yourself, instead of just saying thank you, you keep thinking how you need to work more on yourself. So, accept the praise and feel good about yourself.
3. Feeling guilty about your past mistakes. Instead of taking your mistakes as life lessons, you stress about what could have been done to rectify it. Move over the past and think about the present.
4. Not saying what you do and not doing what you say. Not telling the truth about yourself, causes you fear about how people might look at you. Stop now if you&rsquo;re doing so as this can completely destroy your confidence.
5. Overusing the word &lsquo;sorry&rsquo;. By doing this, you create a negative image of yourself making you think that you must apologize for even slightest of things.

A video shared by Viral hogs on their official social media accounts where a construction worker was seen using a digging machine to rescue a dog. However, the location of the incident is not known yet.Video went viral on social media and following millions of views, internet users commended the worker's bravery and humanity. Rescue begins with a person climbing onto the bucket of a digger crane, which gets him to the canal's middle. Ignoring the fact that his life was in danger he waits for a few minutes for the dog to approach him and he saved the dog by dragging it out of the drain and putting it in the machine. Slowly the machine was pulled up by another person who was operating it.

The video of the incident went viral on social media and has garnered millions of views with&nbsp;internet users commending the crew's bravery and humanity.
A construction worker can be seen climbing onto the bucket of a digger crane which then takes him to the middle of the canal.&nbsp;
He waits for a few minutes for the dog to approach him and then&nbsp;pulls the helpless animal&nbsp;out of the water. He then puts the dog on the bucket of the crane with him as the machine begins to take them to safety.&nbsp;
