Actor Ranveer Singh, who is NBA India&rsquo;s brand ambassador, is definitely having a great week. He recently met American basketball player LeBron James. He has shared a reel on social media capturing his fanboy moment with him. He called this experience &lsquo;overwhelming&rsquo; and revealed that he has been a fan of LeBron for almost 20 years. In his post, he also expressed his gratitude to NBA for allowing him to be in the presence of these icons.

While James had another exceptional show, the Lakers suffered yet another loss, going down 133-130 to the Thunder.

On Tuesday night, Lebron James needed 36 points to become the all-time leading scorer in the NBA. <a href="https://www.editorji.com/sports-news/others-sports/lebron-james-overtakes-kareem-abdul-jabbar-sets-record-for-most-points-in-nba-history-1675846552690">He scored 38, beating the record in the last seconds of the third quarter</a>.
The game stopped for a while, the player was surrounded by his family and the cameras. Adam Silver, the NBA commissioner, and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, the ex-record holder, came onto the court to greet him.
Speaking about the achievement, James said, " I don't think it has hit. I had a moment obviously when it happened, and embracing that moment and seeing my family and my friends and people that's been around me since I started this journey, even before the NBA. So definitely a great moment right there, very emotional just being a kid from a small town in Ohio."
He further added: "I had a moment there, but I don't think it's really hit me on what just transpired. As much as I tried to live in the moment, it was kind of a blur. But looking back there and seeing my guys back there and out there on the floor with my kids, my wife and my mom, you know, it's just a surreal feeling."

LeBron James needs just 36 points to become the most prolific scorer in NBA history, overtaking Los Angeles Lakers legend Karim Abdul-Jabbar.
With an astonishing 38,387 points, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar has held the record since April 5, 1984.
And assuming LeBron James doesn't miss a game this week, the record will be his with LA Lakers hosting Oklahoma City on Tuesday and the Milwaukee Bucks on Thursday.
