'No Basic wheelchair to take passenger': BJP leader Khushbu Sundar slams Air India

The actor-politician claimed she was waiting at Chennai Airport as the airline did not have a wheelchair to take her.&nbsp;

BJP leader Khushbu Sundar slammed Air India on Tuesday claiming she was made to wait at the Chennai Airport for half an hour with a knee injury as the airline could not provide her with a wheelchair.&nbsp;
Taking to Twitter, the actor-politician said, "Dear @airindiain you do not have a basic wheelchair to take a passenger with a knee injury. I had to wait for 30mnts at Chennai airport with braces for my ligament tear before they could get a wheelchair borrowed from another airline to take me in. I am sure you can do better."

Responding to the complaint, the Airline in a tweet said "Dear Ma'am, we're extremely sorry to know about your experience with us. We're taking this up immediately with our Chennai airport team."

Actor-turned-politician Khushbu&nbsp;Sundar's&nbsp;Twitter account has been hacked again. The hacker has changed the account name to Briann&nbsp;and has also changed the display and cover pictures. All tweets and posts by Khushbu&nbsp;have been deleted.
Her Twitter account was earlier hacked in April 2020 after which she posted on Instagram seeking help from fans saying she hadn't been able to change her password for 48 hours. Khusbhu&nbsp;had received an alert from Twitter about her account being hacked since there were 3 log in attempts from 3 different locations.&nbsp;

Khushbu held during protest against VCK chief's Manusmriti comment

Tamil Nadu: VCK chief's remarks on Manusmriti&nbsp;trigger BJP&nbsp;protests, party leader&nbsp;Khushbu&nbsp;Sundar&nbsp;detained&nbsp;

Actor-turned-politician Khushbu Sundar, who has recently joined the BJP, was on Tuesday detained in Tamil Nadu's Chengalpattu district during a protest against the VCK chief over his remarks on Manusmriti. Thol Thirumavalavan, the VCK chief, had recently demanded a ban on Manusmriti claiming that the religious text demeans women. The BJP has demanded an apology from the leader saying that his comments could communal clash. The party's women's wing has called for state-wide protests.
