Mufti said her attempts to visit Bhat's family at Chotigam were "scuttled" by the administration.
"The same administration claims that locking us up is for our own security while they themselves visit every nook &amp; corner of the Valley," she added.&nbsp;

Three days after a migrant worker was killed by terrorists in Kashmir's Bandipora district. Two Kashmiri Pandits, both brothers were attacked by militants on Tuesday in Shopian disctrict, killing one. 
The attack has yet again triggered outrage among people living in the valley
Political leaders across parties have also condemned the killings. 
Condemning the attack, National conference leader Omar Abdullabh in a tweet said, "I condemn the militant attack in Shopian unequivocally in which Sunil Kumar was killed and Pinto Kumar injured. My condolences to the family,"Jammu and Kashmir governor Manoj Sinha too, condemned the terror attack and prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured. 
BJP spokesman Altaf Thakur and People's conference chairman Sajad Gani Lone also condemned Tuesday's act of violence.

Three days after a migrant worker was killed by terrorists in Kashmir's Bandipora district,&nbsp; two Kashmiri Pandits, both brothers were attacked by militants on Tuesday in Shopian disctrict, killing one.&nbsp;

However, a J&K administration list containing names of the transferred Kashmiri Pandit teachers was reportedly leaked and has led to concerns regarding their safety. 
Scores of Kashmiri Pandits, who were employed under a prime minister's package in 2012, have been staging protests threatening mass exodus since the killing of Rahul Bhat, who was shot dead by terrorists on May 12 in the Chadoora area of Budgam district in central Kashmir.
Bhat's killing sparked demonstrations by around 6,000 employees at various places who demanded their relocation outside the Valley.
The protests further intensified after a woman teacher from Jammu's Samba district was shot dead by terrorists at a school in south Kashmir's Kulgam district on Tuesday. 
The Jammu and Kashmir administration on Friday made it clear the employees would not be moved out of the Valley but transferred to safer locations.
The transfer orders came a day after Home Minister Amit Shah held a high-level meeting to review the security situation in the union territory.

His remarks come a day after school teacher Renu Bala was gunned down near her school in Jammu and Kashmir's Kulgam by terrorists.
Security personnel and civilians are dying in Kashmir and this is the truth and it is not a film, he said.
"In Kashmir, 15 security personnel have been martyred and 18 civilians have been killed in the last five months. Yesterday too a teacher was murdered," he said in a tweet in Hindi.

Another civilian was shot dead by suspected militants on Tuesday in Srinagar. This comes close on the heels of &nbsp;Saturday&rsquo;s attacks where two civilians were targeted with small arms.
Makhan Lal Bindroo, owner of a prominent Srinagar pharmacy, was shot by the assailants from point-blank range while he was dispensing medicines, a police official said
Bindroo was one of the few among his community who did not migrate out of Kashmir after the onset of militancy in 1990. He stayed back along with his wife to continue operating his pharmacy Bindroo Medicate.
On Saturday a man in Srinagar died after he was fired at from point blank range, while another suffered critical injuries. In the first attack, which took place in Srinagar&rsquo;s Karan Nagar, a local named Majeed Guru was shot dead and on the same evening another man was targeted at the Batmaloo neighbourhood.
Earlier this year the son of the owner of J&amp;K's popular eatery Krishna Dhaba succumbed to his injuries after being at shot at by militants.

Gunmen shot dead a civilian in Hajin of Jammu and Kashmir&rsquo;s Bandipora district on Tuesday evening. This was the third attack within a span of few hours.
Official said that the gunmen fired upon one Mohammad Shafi&nbsp; at Shahgund, leaving him critically injured. Shafi, the Sumo Stand Naidkhai president was rushed to the hospital but&nbsp;was declared brought dead on arrival.
Earlier, noted pharmacist M L Bindroo was shot dead by unidentified gunmen near his shop in Iqbal Park. Bindroo, owner of a prominent Srinagar pharmacy, was shot by the assailants from point-blank range while he was dispensing medicines, a police official said. Bindroo was rushed to SMHS hospital with multiple injuries where he was declared brought dead.&nbsp;
In another shocking incident, unknown gunmen shot dead a non-local person in Srinagar&rsquo;s neighbourhood of Lal Bazar. Quoting police sources, news agency GNS reported that the vendor died on spot. The deceased person has been identified as Virender Paswan resident of Bhagalpur in Bihar.
The shootings come close on the heels of Saturday&rsquo;s attacks where two civilians were targeted with small arms.
