Latram was shot into the limelight in 1989 for his role in the kidnapping of Rubaiya Sayeed, daughter of then Union Home Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed.

In a crackdown on terrorist operations from Pakistan, the National Investigation Agency has attached the house of fugitive terrorist Mushtaq Zargar 'Latram' in Srinagar.
Mushtaq, who is now believed to be operating from Pakistan, was released along with Jaish chief Masood Azhar in exchange of hostages of the hijacked Indian Airlines plane in Afghanistan's Kandahar in 1999.
Latram was shot into the limelight in 1989 for his role in the kidnapping of Rubaiya Sayeed, daughter of then Union Home Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed.
Latram was been designated as a terrorist under the UAPA in April last year, a move which enabled the security agencies to attach his property.

I think the turf has gotten bigger and there is a lot more to give than we were led on to believe from our side. It&rsquo;s been a journey of finding the right foothold. You got to throw yourself in the right pit." &nbsp;

Bollywood actor Ali Fazal took to social media to share images from the sets of his upcoming Hollywood film, 'Kandahar'. Ali is seen standing next to co-stars Navid Negahban and Gerard Butler, with a rather quirky expression.  
As a possible *SPOILER* from the movie, Fazal was seen holding a random ostrich egg in his hands. He even mentioned it briefly in the caption as he jokingly drew parallels with the Jurassic Park franchise and wrote, "am sorry i have no freakkn clue why i am holding an ostrich egg in my hand!!! Or is it?? (WELCOME TO JURASSIC PARK, T Afghan Rex )".  
He also tagged "Gerry Butler" in the caption as he wrote, "am sorry Gerry Butler am just tagging you now.. gona shake things up at your instagram station a little..!!" Fazal added messages for others in the photos as well and appreciated Navid "jan" for being all heart and wrote a sweet "I love you" for the Aladdin actor.
Fazal then proceeded to ask Bahador Foladi to meet him soon and informed Vassilis Koukalani about getting some reservations.  'Kandahar' is based on the screenplay he developed with former military intelligence officer Mitchell LaFortune. The story is based of Mitchell’s experiences at the Defence Intelligence Agency in Afghanistan. The principal photography of the film is expected to begin soon in Saudi Arabia. 
While details of Fazal's character is being kept under wraps, Gerard Butler will play Tom Harris, a CIA operative working in the Middle East whose cover is blown after an intelligence leak exposes his classified mission. Stuck in hostile territory, Harris and his translator must fight their way out of the desert to an extraction point in Kandahar, Afghanistan, while eluding the elite special forces hunting them.  On the work front, Ali will be seen next on the big screen on February 11, 2022, in the murder mystery 'Death on the Nile.' Directed by Kenneth Branagh, this will be Fazal's second film with Gal Gadot since Fast and Furious 7.

Taliban's reclusive supreme leader, Haibatullah Akhundzada, made a rare public appearance in Afghanistan&rsquo;s Kandahar, &nbsp;Reuters reported quoting Taliban sources. The group denied widespread rumours of his death.
Akhundzada, known as the leader of the faithful, had not been seen in public even after the Taliban's August takeover of the country, giving rise to speculation.
A senior Taliban leader who was present with Akhundzada during the appearance told Reuters the supreme leader had visited Jamia Darul Aloom Hakimia, a religious school in Kandahar on Saturday.
As the Islamist movement unveiled its interim government in September after U.S.-led forces withdrew, the mysterious Akhundzada retained the role he has held since 2016 of the supreme leader, the ultimate authority over the group's political, religious, and military affairs.
Though some officials say that Akhundzada has made unpublicized public appearances before, this was the first confirmed appearance of a man who has long kept a low public profile.
