'Liger' suffered a huge crash down at the box office. The promotions could not do anything about the bad performance of the movie. And now there are talks that 'JGM' will be shelved. 'JGM' is another project announced by the Liger team much before the release of the film. To this the producer took to Twitter, who had gone on a sabbatical from social media for a while, and said that it’s all rumours. She wrote ‘Rumours rumours rumours! All rumours are fake! Just focusing on the progress of PC .. Meanwhile, RIP rumours !!’ 
'JGM' is second consecutive collaboration between actor Vijay Deverakonda, director Puri Jagannadh and producer Charmme Kaur.  
Charmee had tweeted on Sunday that she was taking a break from social media for a while. ‘Chill guys! Just taking a break ( from social media ) @PuriConnects will bounce back Bigger and Better… until then, Live and let Live,’ she tweeted when Liger was facing all the bad remarks from the audience for its poor performance.  It was earlier revealed that Vijay Deverakonda will be playing a soldier in 'JGM.' I am supremely excited about 'JGM,' it’s one of the most striking and challenging scripts. ‘The story is special and it will touch every Indian. I am honoured to be a part of Puri’s dream project. Looking forward to working with Charmme and her team. My character in 'JGM' is refreshing which I haven’t done earlier and I am sure it will leave an impact on the audiences,’ Vijay said while talking about the movie.

Producer Charmme Kaur dismisses rumours about 'JGM' getting shelved after Liger's poor performance at box office.

After the failure of &lsquo;Liger&rsquo;, there have been reports that Vijay Deverakonda&rsquo;s next film with director Puri Jagannadh, titled &lsquo;Jana Gana Mana&rsquo;, has been shelved. Now, Charmme Kaur, co-producer of &lsquo;Liger&rsquo;, took a break from social media detox and reacted to the rumours. Taking to Twitter, she wrote, &lsquo;Rumours rumours rumours! All rumours are fake! Just focusing on the progress of. Meanwhile, RIP rumours.&rsquo;

&lsquo;Liger&rsquo;, starring Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday, released in theatres on August 25, 2022. It ended up being a disaster at the box office.
Talking about the film &lsquo;Jana Gana Mana&rsquo;, Vijay Deverakonda will be seen in the role of an army officer in the movie. It also stars Pooja Hegde in a pivotal role.&nbsp;
The action entertainer will be produced by Charmme Kaur, Vamshi Paidipally, and Puri Jagannadh. The pan-India film will release in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.&nbsp;
