Indo-Tibetan Border Police personnel managed to rescue 10 men who were stuck at Buran Pass in Kinnaur&nbsp;-&nbsp;4,696 metres above sea level.&nbsp;Deputy Commissioner of Kinnaur, Apoorv Devgn said that the bodies of the three deceased hikers were buried under four feet of snow.
Nine of the 10 hikers were from Mumbai and one was from New Delhi.

ITBP jawans unfurled the national flag at 17,000 feet in -25 degrees at the Ladakh on the occasion of the 72nd Republic Day. Visuals showed ITBP soldiers marching with the flag on a frozen lake and raising slogans on the icy heights on the border outpost.
