A bus carrying security forces personnel fell into a river in the Ganderbal district of Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday, officials said here.
The bus carrying ITBP personnel fell into the Sindh river at Kullan in the Ganderbal district amidst heavy rain, the officials said, adding that all personnel on board the bus were rescued. However, it was not immediately clear how many personnel were on the bus.
"The driver has sustained injuries and has been shifted to a hospital," an official said.

According to the government sanction, the fresh manpower will be utilised for manning 47 new border posts and a dozen 'staging camps' or troops bases along this frontier. The armies of India and China are engaged in a standoff in Ladakh since 2020.

&nbsp;The Union Cabinet on Wednesday sanctioned seven new battalions and an operational border base with a fresh strength of 9,400 personnel for the India-China LAC guarding force Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), officials said.
The proposal was cleared after the meeting of the cabinet that was chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
According to the government sanction, the fresh manpower will be utilised for manning 47 new border posts and a dozen 'staging camps' or troops bases along this frontier. The armies of India and China are engaged in a standoff in Ladakh since 2020.
The about 90,000 personnel strong ITBP was raised in the aftermath of the 1962 Chinese aggression and it is tasked to guard the 3,488-km-long Line of Actual Control (LAC) on India's eastern flank.

 Six ITBP personnel and a policeman died while 32 others -- who were returning from Amarnath Yatra duty -- sustained injuries on Tuesday when a bus fell in deep gorge in Pahalgam area of Jammu and Kashmir, an official said.
A police bus carrying 37 Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) personnel and two policemen fell into the gorge between Chandanwari and Pahalgam, a police official said.
He said while two ITBP personnel died on the spot, five others succumbed to injuries later.
Condition of six of the injured personnel is stated to be critical, the official said, adding they are being airlifted to Srinagar for specialised treatment.
The 37 ITBP personnel and two from the JKP were being de-inducted from the Amarnath Yatra duty that concluded on August 11, a senior officer said.
An ITBP spokesperson said in Delhi that, "A bus carrying 39 personnel fell down into a roadside river bed after its brakes reportedly failed. The troops were on their way from Chandanwari to Pahalgam. Casualties are feared and more details are awaited." A Border Security Force (BSF) helicopter has been pressed to airlift the casualties, officials said.

Amid incessant rainfall, frantic rescue operations continued at the Hindu shrine with the Indian Army, Indian Air Force, CRPF (Central Reserve Police Force), ITBP (Indo-Tibetan Border Police), NDRF (National Disaster Response Force), and SDRF (State Disaster Response Force) working round-the-clock.
Around 15,000 people had been moved to safety by July 9 afternoon. Many pilgrims stuck around the Amarnath cave shrine were moved to Panchtarni, the base camp for the Amarnath Yatra.
The IAF sent Mi-17 helicopters from Srinagar to aid rescue operations. The choppers had earlier been unable to take off due to bad weather.
To look for survivors beneath debris, two through-wall radar, and two search & rescue dogs were also sent to the site via chopper.
The Amarnath Yatra has been suspended for now. Disaster struck at around 5:30 on 8 July when a "highly localised" cloud above the Amarnath cave released 31 mm of rain in just 2 hours.
The Indian Meteorological Department has warned of severe rainfall in the upper reaches.
