As per BCCI's Vice President, Rajiv Shukla Roger Binny has filed the nomination for the president's post and Arun Dhumal will head the IPL governing council.

However, BCCI is reportedly not keen on backing him for the ICC post.&nbsp; BCCI vice president confirmed to the reporters that the nominations filed so far are unopposed and went on to inform that Roger Binny has filed the nomination for the president's post and Arun Dhumal will head the IPL governing council.
