<h2>The INOX India IPO date of subscription is scheduled for Thursday, December 14, and will close on Monday, December 18. The allocation to anchor investors for the INOX IPO is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, December 13</h2>

INOX India IPO Launch Date: INOX India Limited is set to launch its IPO with a price band of ₹627 to ₹660 per equity share, scheduled for subscription from December 14 to December 18. The IPO lot size is 22 equity shares, with multiples in the same increment.
The IPO comprises an offer for sale of up to 22,110,955 equity shares by selling shareholders, including the promoters Pavan Kumar Jain, Nayantara Jain, Siddharth Jain, Ishita Jain, and Manju Jain.
<h3>INOX India IPO details</h3>
The company, known for its brand INOXCVA in cryogenic equipment, saw a notable increase in net profit by 17% to ₹153 crore in FY23, accompanied by a revenue growth of 23% to ₹966 crore. However, there was a slight decrease in EBITDA margin from 23.47% to 22.62% in FY23. The total debt was reduced to ₹8.99 crore from ₹54.54 crore in the preceding year.
<h3>INOX India IPO Allocation</h3>
The IPO allocation reserves 50% for qualified institutional buyers, 15% for non-institutional investors, and 35% for retail investors. Post-subscription, allotment will be finalized by December 19, refunds initiated on December 20, and shares credited to allottees' demat accounts on the same day. The listing is anticipated on December 21 on BSE and NSE.
The book-running lead managers are ICICI Securities Limited and Axis Capital Limited, while KFin Technologies Limited acts as the registrar.

The INOX group's InoxCVA that manufactures cryogenic tanks has filed preliminary papers with capital market regulator Sebi to mop up funds through an initial public offering.
The Initial Public Offering (IPO) is entirely an Offer For Sale (OFS) of up to 2.21 crore shares by its existing shareholders and promoters, according to the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) filed on Tuesday.
Those offering shares in the OFS are Siddharth Jain, Pavan Kumar Jain Nayantara Jain, Ishita Jain, and Manju Jain.
Since the issue is completely an OFS, the Vadodara-based company will not receive any proceeds and all the funds will go to the selling shareholders.
Explaining the reason for going public, the company said it is aimed at achieving the benefit of listing equity shares on the stock exchanges and carrying out OFS for the selling shareholders.
Inox India, one of the leading cryogenic tank manufacturers, has over 30 years of experience offering solutions across the design, engineering, manufacturing, and installation of equipment and systems for cryogenic conditions.
The company's offering includes standard cryogenic tanks and equipment, bespoke technology, equipment, and solutions as well as large turnkey projects that are used in industries such as industrial gases, LNG, green hydrogen, energy, steel, medical and healthcare, chemicals and fertilisers, aviation and aerospace and construction.
ICICI Securities and Axis Capital are the book-running lead managers to the issue.

The ICC has made an agreement with the leading multiplex chain INOX to live screen all of India's 2022 T20 World Cup group stage games in their cinema halls across 25 cities.
The group games will then be followed by the semi-final and the final which will also be screened live in the halls.&nbsp;
"The live matches will be screened across INOX multiplexes in more than 25 cities," INOX leisure said in their statement.&nbsp;
The eighth edition of the T20 World Cup will start in Australia on October 16 with Team India starting its Super 12 stage on October 23 against arch-rivals Pakistan.

The Multiplex Association of India has urged the government to allow the reopening of movie theatres 'on an urgent basis'.
In its appeal, the cinema body highlighted that the movie exhibition industry that employs more than 2 lakh people directly lost an estimated ₹9,000 crore in the last six months.
Stating that the pandemic has had a 'dire economic impact' on the sector and livelihoods of people, the cinema body which represents all the multiplex chains, including, PVR, INOX and Cinepolis described movies as the 'soft power of India' and cinemas as the 'main form of entertainment for millions of Indians'.
The association in a full-page published appeal said that close to 10,000 cinema screens across the country had been shut for close to six months.
