An economics graduate with no formal fashion training, Agarwal launched&nbsp;Harago&nbsp;in 2019&nbsp;to show that indigenous crafts can&nbsp;be&nbsp;given a new lease using modern aesthetics.&nbsp;
A native of Jaipur, Rajasthan, Agarwal uses his label to upcycle old and used textiles to make&nbsp;transeasonal, unisex garments. An old bedsheet, hand-embroidered by his mother&nbsp;in 1985&nbsp;no less, became a co-ord&nbsp;set for&nbsp;Harago.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Agarwal says he doesn&rsquo;t believe in following trends or mass production. Like many other small independent designers,&nbsp;Harago&nbsp;is part of a broader slow fashion movement that calls for&nbsp;taking the time to&nbsp;appreciate&nbsp;clothes and shun impulse buying.&nbsp;
Harago&rsquo;s&nbsp;effortless silhouettes merge the lines between loungewear and daywear, and all made using natural, vintage or upcycled textiles&nbsp;collected from friends and family.&nbsp;

Defence Acquisition Procedure 2020

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh released Defence Acquisition Procedure (DAP) 2020 on September 28, 2020 which is an improvement on the Defence Procurement Procedure (DPP) 2016. Releasing the document Rajnath Singh said, &ldquo;Happy to unveil the new Defence Acquisition Procedure (DAP) 2020 Document today after incorporating comments and suggestions from a wide spectrum of stakeholders. The DAP 2020 has been aligned with the Prime Minister Narendra Modi&rsquo;s vision of &lsquo;Atmanirbhar Bharat&rsquo; and empowering the Indian domestic industry through &lsquo;Make in India&rsquo; initiative with the ultimate aim of turning India into a global manufacturing hub.&rdquo; He also clarified that in the new DAP, only companies having&nbsp; more than 50% Indian ownership will be allowed to participate in &lsquo;Make in India&rsquo; categories of procurement including under Strategic Partnership, Make I and 2 and Indian Designed, Developed and Manufactured (IDDM) categories.
