Flooding in Cambodia has killed at least 11 people since the beginning of October, said a disaster official.&nbsp;
Seasonal rains in the Mekong region have been made worse by a tropical storm, which caused flash floods in three Cambodian provinces &ndash; Pursat, Battambang and Pailin last week.
Hundreds of families&nbsp;have been forced to leave their homes and find refuge in higher grounds.
On Friday, Prime Minister Hun Sen ordered local authorities to mobilise assistance to those affected.&nbsp;
Furthermore, authorities as of now don't have a clear picture of the damage caused in flood-hit areas or totality of affected people but they expect the situation to get worse.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;
