Amid the looming political crisis Haryana CM Nayab Saini on Wednesday asserted that his govt is not in trouble and is working strongly.&nbsp;

The Congress on Wednesday sought the imposition of President's Rule followed by fresh polls in Haryana after three Independent MLAs withdrew support to the BJP dispensation, reducing the Nayab Singh Saini government to a minority in the state assembly.
The party said it would write to Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya to demand that the BJP government be dismissed. It also asked the JJP, the INLD and Independent MLA Balraj Kundu to write similar letters to the governor to give credence to their claim of opposing the BJP.
Talking to reporters in Sirsa on Wednesday, Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini asserted that his government was not in trouble and was working strongly.
"We are going to write to the Governor that three Independent MLAs have withdrawn support and they have extended support to our party... the government is in the minority and they have no right to stay in power. We will demand that the government be dismissed, President's Rule be imposed and fresh elections be held," Haryana Congress chief Udai Bhan said.
"Likewise, the JJP should also write a letter that the government be dismissed. INLD's Abhay Singh Chautala and Independent MLA Balraj Kundu, who claim to be opposing the government, should also write similar letters to the Governor," he added.
Bhan said the three Independent MLAs have already written to the Governor regarding their withdrawal of support.
Senior Congress leader B B Batra said the Jannayak Janta Party (JJP), once an ally of the BJP in the state, should write to the Governor making it clear that they were not supporting the dispensation.
On Tuesday, JJP leader Digvijay Singh Chautala said Leader of Opposition Bhupinder Singh Hooda should initiate the process to "bring down" the Nayab Singh Saini government "which has lost the trust of people".

Hours after three Independent MLAs withdrew support to the BJP government in Haryana, JJP leader Digvijay Singh Chautala Tuesday said Leader of Opposition Bhupinder Singh Hooda should initiate the process to "bring down the government which has lost trust of people".
Chautala said Hooda should immediately meet the governor and apprise him of the situation.
Three Independent MLAs withdrew support to the Nayab Singh Saini government and announced they would back the Congress, reducing the government to a minority in the state assembly.
The government which has the support of two other Independents is now two short of the majority mark in the 90-member House which has a current strength of 88.
Independent MLAs Sombir Sangwan (Dadri), Randhir Singh Gollen (Pundri) and Dharampal Gonder (Nilokheri) announced their decision at a press conference in Rohtak in the presence of Hooda and state Congress chief Udai Bhan.
"Hooda says the government is in a minority. He is the Leader of Opposition and should immediately meet the governor and apprise him of the developments," Chautala said.
When asked whether JJP will extend support to the Congress, Chautala told PTI over phone, "I am not saying JJP is willing to support and form a government with the Congress. At least the government that has lost trust of people, Hooda should initiate the process to bring it down." "Whether the JJP forms the government or whether the Congress forms the government, who supports whom...it is a political question," the Jannayak Janata Party (JJP) leader said.
He also said that in addition to meeting the governor, Hooda should also open a channel of communication with the JJP, which has 10 MLAs.

In 2019, BJP again put its trust in him and gave him the ticket. He emerged victorious in the 2019 assembly elections as well. He left the Congress and contested as a candidate from his party, defeating Congress candidate Nirmal Singh.

Haryana Chief Secretary Sanjeev Kaushal has directed that the problems related to property ID, Masavi, and Murabba Stone in Lal Dora in municipal and rural areas should be resolved by March 31st.
The Chief Secretary was presiding over a meeting of officers regarding the Large-Scale Mapping Project in Chandigarh today.
Furthermore, Kaushal said that the work of installing pillars on the UP Inter-State Boundary should also be expedited. It was informed in the meeting that 1218 pillars are to be installed in the districts of Karnal, Panipat, Sonipat, Faridabad, and Palwal. Of these, 527 have already been installed.
In addition, the work under the Swamitva Scheme has almost been completed in Faridabad, Bhiwani, and Kurukshetra. He said that the remaining districts should also prioritize resolving the complaints received on the Grievances Redressal Portal by the end of March.
The Chief Secretary said that time-bound targets should be set for the completion of work related to property ID, Masavi, and Murabba Stone in all districts so that the work can be completed simultaneously in the entire state. It was informed in the meeting that 191 workstations have been established in all the districts. GIS software will be installed by HARSEC in the coming week.
He said that large-scale mapping work of Murabba Stone, Masavi Update, Ownership, etc., is also being done through GIS Lab in all the municipal corporations. Therefore, all the Deputy Commissioners should monitor and supervise this work from time to time so that the work can be completed as per the target.

Haryana Police is conducting a campaign at different places to strengthen the sense of security among women. Under this campaign, women police personnel in civil dress are deployed in tampered hotspot areas and take action against the manchals.
Under the direction and guidance of Director General of Police, Haryana, Shatrujeet Kapoor, this campaign has been launched across the state to control crime against women, under which police teams have been deployed in every district listing the areas of molestation of women. These teams are deployed at hotspot areas in civil dress and teach a lesson to those who make any kind of indecent remarks on women by anti-social elements. Different teams of women police are deployed in crowded areas such as schools, colleges, educational institutions, bus stands, outside the corporate sector, markets etc. and action is taken against people who make jokes, molestation and misbehave on women and girls. During this time, the youths are questioned and they are warned. In addition, their parents are contacted and informed about their children so that they do not do so in future.
Kapoor said that women safety is one of our priorities in the state. In order to strengthen the sense of security among women, teams of women police personnel deployed across the state have been trained by the experts of voluntary organizations in Gurugram district. During this time, the teams have been specially trained to develop skills to prevent crime against women and contact women and take feedback from them.
Apart from this, a trip monitoring system has also been started in the state for women safety. Women travelling alone can avail this service launched by Haryana Police by registering themselves on Haryana 112. After registering themselves, women can make their journey safer. During the journey, the woman will be tracked by the Haryana Police team till the woman reaches her destination safely. He appealed to the women to take advantage of this by registering themselves in maximum numbers.

The Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) recently challenged the parole order in Punjab and Haryana High Court.

The Haryana government has justified the parole granted to Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh, saying he does not fall under the definition of a &ldquo;hardcore prisoner&rdquo; and cannot be termed a serial killer.
The dera chief, who is serving a 20-year jail term for raping two disciples, was granted 40-day parole on January 20. He has also been convicted in two murder cases.
The Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) recently challenged the parole order in Punjab and Haryana High Court.
In its reply through the superintendent of the Rohtak&rsquo;s Sunaria Jail, where the Sirsa-based sect chief is serving out his sentence, the state government said no illegality was committed by granting parole.

Haryana CM ML Khattar&nbsp;responding to reports of Rahul&nbsp;Gandhi visiting Haryana&nbsp;to meet farmers said he had no problem.
