The beauty queen, looking noticeably slimmer, wowed everyone in a dazzling embellished gold gown at the event. Harnaaz had been diagnosed with the autoimmune condition Celiac disease and faced trolling for her weight gain. However, this time, she impressed everyone with her stunning weight loss transformation.
Her gold gown for the event was designed by Vietnamese designer L&ecirc; Thanh H&ograve;a. The floor-length gown featured a deep plunging neckline down to the midriff, an off-the-shoulder design, a thigh-high front slit, and a flowing train. Harnaaz completed the look with embellished silver stilettos and minimal jewellery. She was recently seen in the song "Mombattiye" with Diljit Dosanjh.

Besides this the highlight of the show was Harnaaz&rsquo;s gown that she wore for her last walk. Her all-black floor length gown had photos of former Miss Universe from India Sushmita Sen and Lara Dutta on it as a tribute to the former queens.&nbsp;

Miss Universe, Harnaaz Sandhu launched 'Global Menstrual Equity Accelerator', with a new campaign called 'Period for Change', which will fight stigma, influence policy, and secure the resources needed to end period poverty.&nbsp;

The star-studded Global Citizen Festival 2022, hosted by Priyanka Chopra was also attended by the 22-year-old Miss Universe, Harnaaz Sandhu. The beauty queen launched 'Global Menstrual Equity Accelerator', with a new campaign called 'Period for Change', which will fight stigma, influence policy, and secure the resources needed to end period poverty. Two other activists also joined her on the stage during her speech.&nbsp;
Harnaaz in her speech said that her mom is a gynaecologist and she has grown up talking openly about period without shame and she always had access to the products that she needed which is not the case for 500 million women across the world.&nbsp;
She urged everyone to unite for the noble cause and spread the word about 'Period for change' to end period poverty across the globe.&nbsp;

Upasana Singh will reportedly take legal action against Miss Universe Harnaaz Sanshu. As per news agency PTI, Harnaaz is not honouring an agreement signed for the promotion of a Punjabi movie produced by 'The Kapil Sharma Show' actor. Upasana Singh filed a civil suit in the Chandigarh district court on Thursday and sought damages for the alleged breach of contract by Harnaaz Sandhu, who starred in her film 'Bai ji Kuttange'.&nbsp;
"I gave Harnaaz a chance to act in the movie 'Bai ji Kuttange'. Not only this, but I also made 'Yaara Diyan Poo Baran' in which Harnaaz is the heroine as well," said Upasana outside the court, as per PTI.
According to the film producer, Harnaaz refused to give dates for the movie's promotion. She was supposed to make herself available in person and virtually under the agreement with her Santosh Entertainment Studio LLP.
'I gave her a chance at that time when she was not Miss Universe, I spent a huge sum on this movie. It is not a small-budget movie,' stated Upasana.&nbsp;
Upasana has also claimed that she postponed film's release date from May 27 to August 19. 'Bai Ji Kuttange', directed by Smeep Kang, stars Dev Kharoud and Gurpreet Ghuggi.
