Delhi minister and AAP leader Gopal Rai has said that the party workers, along with INDIA bloc members, will take out a massive protest rally in the national capital against the arrest of Arvind Kejriwal.&nbsp;

Delhi minister and AAP leader Gopal Rai on 22nd March said that the party, along with the INDIA bloc members, would protest against Arvind Kejriwal's arrest at 10 am on 23rd March at Delhi's Shaheedi Park.
In a press conference, Rai said that the effigies of Prime Minister Narendra will be burned across the city on 24th March.
On 25th March, the party leaders will not celebrate Holi and 'will go door to door and meet people and tell them about BJP action.
The AAP leader further said that on 26th March the AAP workers will gherao the PM's house.&nbsp;
"Workers and leaders were detained throughout the day. The whole country is sad and angered by Kejriwal's arrest. At 10 am on Saturday, all AAP MLAs, councillors, office-bearers, INDIA bloc representatives will take a pledge to save democracy. We will gather at the Shaheedi Park on Saturday, the martyrdrom day of Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev," the Delhi minister said.
He added that Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann will also attend the programme.
"On March 24, effigies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be burnt in all Assembly constituencies. On the day of Holi on March 25, we will not organise any programme and on March 26, we will gherao the prime minister's residence," Rai said.
He said a joint movement against the AAP national convenor's arrest will be announced soon after discussions among the INDIA bloc constituents.

The Delhi government on Monday decided to reopen primary classes from November 9 and revoke the order asking 50 per cent of its staff to work from home in view of improvement in the city's air quality.
At a press conference, Delhi Environment Minister Gopal Rai said there has been a rapid improvement in the air pollution situation in Delhi and farm fires have also reduced. Therefore, it has been decided to lift the curbs imposed under stage 4 of the Graded Response Action Plan in compliance with the direction from the Commission for Air Quality Management
High pollution levels had prompted the Delhi government to announce additional measures last week including the closure of primary schools and work from home for 50 per cent of its staff.

Alarmed by hazardous pollution levels in the national capital, Environment Minister Gopal Rai on Friday ordered 50 per cent staff of the Delhi government to work from home and said an advisory will be issued to private offices to follow suit.
Earlier in the day, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said primary schools will be closed from Saturday in a bid to protect children from the effects of worsening air quality.
At a press conference, Rai said schools will be asked to curtail outdoor activities of senior students.
He said the Delhi government has decided to implement the anti-pollution curbs recommended by the Commission for Air Quality Management, including a ban on non-BS VI diesel-run light motor vehicles.
"At a meeting with departments concerned, it has been decided that 50 per cent staff of government offices will work from home from Monday and an advisory will be issued to private offices to follow suit," Rai said.
In a bid to ramp up public transport, the government will also launch 'Paryavaran Bus Service' which will include 500 privately-run CNG buses.
Rai said a six-member team comprising senior officials has been set up to monitor the implementation of the curbs on anti-polluting activities.

Delhi environment minister Gopal Rai on Monday said the government will implement the odd-even road rationing scheme to curb vehicular emissions as the &ldquo;last weapon&rdquo; in the fight against air pollution in the national Capital. Experts at the Environment Pollution (Prevention and Control) Authority (EPCA) have pointed out that since public transport is running with only limited capacity, the government should step up other measures to ensure that it doesn&rsquo;t have to resort to enforce odd-even. Delhi&rsquo;s air quality has consistently remained in the &lsquo;poor&rsquo; category since October 7, with the AQI remaining over 200. On Monday, Delhi&rsquo;s AQI was measured at 244.

13 pollution hotspots in the city will be the major focus of the campaign. Various teams of the&nbsp;Central Pollution Control Board will be deployed to help tackle the issue this year.&nbsp;
