Meet the world's youngest painter, Ace-Liam Nana Sam Ankrah, a prodigy from Ghana who has earned the prestigious Guinness World Records (GWR) as the world's youngest male artist. At the tender age of 1 year and 152 days, the toddler has made many paintings and even sold nine of them. Many have been left surprised by this remarkable feat.&nbsp;
His mom, Chantelle, told GWR that his passion for painting had been apparent from a young age when he was just six months old.
According to his mom, Chantelle, the little one developed a knack for painting at the age of six months old. &ldquo;While learning to crawl, I spread out a piece of unstretched canvas on the floor and dropped some paint on it as a way to keep him busy while I worked on a commission painting,&rdquo; she added. He ended up spreading the paint all over the canvas, and in the process, he created his first masterpiece, The Crawl,&rdquo; she told GWR.
The mother added that the child loves painting and it has become one of his favourite activities. The little one has become quite a star in Ghana.&nbsp; Ace-Liam recently had his first group exhibition were he sold 9 out of his 10 displayed artworks.&nbsp;
Speaking about her son's painting, the little one's mom said, &ldquo;His abstract paintings are inspired by the world around him; colours, shapes, textures and his mood. Every painting is an expression of his curiosity and joy in discovering new things.&rdquo;

Those advocating for LGBTQ rights could be subject to harsher penalties, with potential jail terms of three to five years.

Ghana's parliament voted to pass a controversial bill to severely restrict LGBTQ rights on Wednesday in a move condemned by rights activists.
The bill still has to be validated by the president before entering into law, which observers believe is unlikely before a general election in December.
Activist groups have called the "Human Sexual Rights and Family Values" bill a setback for human rights and urged President Nana Akufo-Addo's government to reject it.
But the bill is widely supported in Ghana, where Akufo-Addo has said gay marriage will never be allowed while he is in power.
Commonly referred to as the anti-gay bill, the legislation received sponsorship from a coalition comprising Christian, Muslim, and Ghanaian traditional leaders, finding substantial backing among members of Parliament.
Gay sex is already illegal in the religious West African nation, but while discrimination against LGBTQ people is common no one has ever been prosecuted under the colonial-era law.
Under the provisions of the bill, those who take part in LGBTQ sexual acts could face imprisonment ranging from six months to three years.
Those advocating for LGBTQ rights could be subject to harsher penalties, with potential jail terms of three to five years.
A human rights coalition known as the Big 18, an umbrella group of lawyers and activists in Ghana, has condemned the bill.
"You cannot criminalise a person's identity and that's what the bill is doing and it's absolutely wrong," said Takyiwaa Manuh, a member of the coalition.
"We want to impress on the president not to assent to the bill, it totally violates the human rights of the LGBT community," Manuh told AFP.
Opposition lawmaker Sam George, the main sponsor of the bill, called on Akufo-Addo to assent to it.
"There is nothing that deals with LGBTQ better than this bill that has been passed by parliament. We expect the president to walk his talk and be a man of his words," George said.
Members of Ghana's LGBTQ community are worried about the implications of the bill.
Founder and director of the organisation LGBT+ Rights Ghana Alex Donkor said "the passing of this bill will further marginalise and endanger LGBTQ individuals in Ghana."
"It not only legalises discrimination but also fosters an environment of fear and persecution," he said.
"With harsh penalties for both LGBTQ individuals and activists, this bill threatens the safety and well-being of an already vulnerable community."

FIFA banned Uruguay players Fernando Muslera and Jos&eacute; Maria Gimenez for four games each on Friday for aggressively confronting match officials when the team was eliminated from the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Veterans Edinson Cavani and Diego Godin must also serve one-game bans when Uruguay next plays, FIFA said in disciplinary verdicts.
The players must all carry out community service on a soccer project and pay fines of up to 20,000 Swiss francs ($21,600), FIFA said.
Disorder flared when Uruguay failed to advance to the round of 16 in Qatar despite beating Ghana 2-0 in its final group-stage game on Dec. 2.
The Uruguayan soccer federation was also fined 50,000 Swiss francs ($54,000) and must close some of its stadiums for one home game.
FIFA disciplinary judges ruled the federation "was responsible for the discriminatory behaviour of its supporters as well as for the misconduct, offensive behaviour and violation of the principles of fair play" by players.

However, the second half saw the Taeguek Warriors fight back in the game to level the score to 2-2 in the 61st minute as Cho Gue-sung scored an important brace for the Koreans.
Mohammed Kudus then went on to add his second goal of the day and give Ghana the valuable three points by scoring the winner in the 68th minute. This was the first time the Black Stars managed to score three goals in a World Cup match as well.
