At least 30 people have been killed in rain-related incidents in Telangana as parts of it witnessed unprecedented rain on Tuesday and Wednesday. 15 deaths were reported from the Capital Hyderabad alone, including 9 in a wall collapse. The victims included a toddler. Hyderabad on Wednesday witnessed monsoon fury that inundated roads, flooded houses, toppled and swept away vehicles.&nbsp; Prime Minister Narendra Modi&nbsp;has assured all possible help to Telangana&nbsp;and Andhra, which has also faced the rain fury.&nbsp;In Cyberabad, five people went missing after they were washed away in high flow of water, police said, adding, a search was on.

For October, the Begumpet met office observatory in Hyderabad recorded the highest ever rainfall of 192.1 mm on Wednesday.
Parts of Telangana, mainly Hyderabad, bore the brunt of the monsoon, even as Nalgonda and Yadadri districts too suffered.
Under the Cyberabad Police Commissionerate limits, five people went missing after they were washed away in high flow of water, police said, adding, a search was on.
In Banjara Hills a 49-year-old man, running a naturopathy clinic, was electrocuted when he was trying to remove water from the cellar of his inundated apartment.
TV channels showed visuals of a man being washed away and residents climbing the terrace of their houses seeking help.
He was later rescued by police and locals.
The State government declared a holiday for all government offices and private institutions on Wednesday and Thursday, even as people were advised to stay indoors unless it was an emergency.
K T Rama Rao, Minister for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, held an emergency meeting with senior officials and reviewed the rescue and relief operations in the city.
He said several trees and electricity poles were uprooted due to the deluge and directed the Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited (TSSPDCL) to coordinate with Municipal Administration and Police Departments to ensure that power is restored at the earliest.

Five Arunachal Pradesh residents have reportedly been kidnapped by China&rsquo;s People&rsquo;s Liberation Army&nbsp;from the borders of the north-eastern state.&nbsp;Reports said the five people had gone hunting&nbsp;in a forest in Upper&nbsp;Subansiri&nbsp;district on the Sino-India border when PLA abducted them. Their families told the press that they have been missing since Friday and two others who were part of the hunting expedition managed to flee and inform the police which has launched a probe.&nbsp;Ninong&nbsp;Ering, who is the lawmaker from&nbsp;Pasighat&nbsp;West, tweeted to Prime Minister Narendra Modi about the kidnappings, said that befitting reply must be given the&nbsp;People&rsquo;s Liberation Army. Earlier, China had kidnapped a teenage boy and released him after 21 days in captivity.&nbsp;&nbsp;
