4-time Formula 1 World Champion Sebastian Vettel&nbsp;is all set to move from Ferrari to Racing Point at the end of the season. The German racer has been told by the Italian side that Carlos Sainz&nbsp;will replace him as&nbsp;Ferrari's 2nd driver. Vettel, a veteran of Formula 1 will replace Sergio Perez at Racing Point which will be rebranded as Aston Martin Racing Team from the next season.
