Even as the opposition parties questioned the BJP's Bihar poll promise of free Covid vaccine, two other states have announced free vaccine for their citizens. BJP-ruled MP and Tamil Nadu, which is ruled by its ally AIADMK have also promised free coronavirus vaccine to their citizens. There has been no word from the Centre on the matter of vaccine pricing, though it said it was expecting a vaccine by early next year. Chief Ministers of both the states have stated that vaccine will be given to all free of cost. Tamil Nadu's opposition DMK, which is trying to get back to power, said it would be the one to implement CM Palaniswami's promise.

Four coronavirus vaccines are currently in advanced stages of pre-clinical trial in the country. He had said on Sunday that considering the large population size of India, one vaccine or vaccine manufacturer will not be able to vaccinate the whole country.

The company plans to manufacture as many as 1 billion doses in 2021

The sequel of action thriller 'Khuda Haafiz' starring actor Vidyut Jammwal in the lead role is on the cards.
The sequel will see Vidyut and Shivaleeka Oberoi reprise their roles and will take the love story of the couple forward as Sameer aka Vidyut will get his wife back. In the first instalment&nbsp;of the film Sameer's wife was abducted and forced&nbsp;into human trafficking in UAE.&nbsp;
Directed by Faruk Kabir, 'Khuda Haafiz' was released on August 14 on Disney+Hotstar and the sequel is expected to go on floors early next year.
