Fugitive diamantaire Mehul Choksi, wanted in the Rs 13,500 crore Punjab National Bank fraud case has claimed that the two persons who allegedly abducted him from Antigua were the agents of the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW).
In an interview run on India Today TV, Choksi alleged he was abducted and beaten by the RAW agents.

Choksi even identified the pictures of Gurmit Singh and Gurjit Bhandal, the two men he claimed to be RAW agents. He also identified Barbara Jarabica, his close acquaintance from whose house he was allegedly abducted.
Choksi said that the RAW agents told him they were taking him for interrogation. He also said that the &lsquo;agents&rsquo; were tough with him and beat him &lsquo;here and there&rsquo;.
He further claimed that he had been hearing rumours about his kidnapping over the last three years, since the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.
Both India and Antigua have rejected Choksi's&nbsp;claims that he was kidnapped.
Mehul Choksi was arrested in Dominica on May 26 for allegedly entering the country "illegally" from Antigua and Barbuda, where he has been living since January 2018.

The Dominican government on Thursday declared Fugitive businessman diamantaire Mehul Choksi as a &ldquo;prohibited immigrant&rdquo; in their country, India Today that is in possession of an order issued by the Ministry of National Security and Home Affairs reported.
The order stated Choksi is &lsquo;not permitted to enter the Commonwealth of Dominica&rsquo; and instructed the Chief of Police to take all the necessary actions to have him repatriated&rsquo;.
Choksi, wanted in a Rs 13,500-crore bank fraud case in India, has been in custody in Dominica since May 24 after he was charged with illegally entering the country.
