Khakha who allegedly repeatedly raped his friend's daughter, impregnated and tortured her has been booked under POCSO and Indian Penal Code.&nbsp;

The Delhi Child and Women Development Department officer Premoday Khakha along with his wife tried to flee from the cops and evade arrest on August 21, an NDTV report said.
According to the report, the now-suspended official who is accused of raping a minor, along with his co-accused wife tried to flee from their home in the Burari area shortly before they were caught.
CCTV footage from one of the bylanes in the area shows Khakha's car leaving the area, however, the cops managed to nab both the accused.
