Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi has summoned Aam Aadmi Party leader Atishi in the defamation case filed by BJP leader Praveen Shankar Kapoor over 'MLA's poaching remark'.&nbsp;
The court has asked Atishi to appear before it on June 29.&nbsp;
Kapoor, who is Delhi BJP's Media head has alleged that all the charges levelled by Atishi against the Bharatiya Janata Party are baseless.&nbsp;
The development comes after Atishi, in April, during a presser claimed that she was being pressured to switch side or face the Enforcement Directorate (ED) action within a month.
Additionally, the AAP leader alleged that the probe agency was planning to arrest Durgesh Pathak, and Raghav Chadha.

A Delhi court Wednesday granted wrestler Bajrang Punia exemption from personal appearance for the day in a criminal defamation complaint filed against him by wrestling coach Naresh Dahiya.
Metropolitan Magistrate Yashdeep Chahal, who had summoned Punia before the court today, granted him the relief after his lawyer sought exemption on medical ground, claiming the wrestler was unable to appear since he was suffering from fever.
The court noted the submissions and adjourned the matter for September 14.
The judge also directed the complainant to supply copy of the complaint to Punia&rsquo;s lawyer.
The court had summoned the wrestler, holding it was of the &ldquo;prima facie&rdquo; view that all ingredients of defamation were made out against him.
The complainant has claimed that Punia, along with other wrestlers/persons, made defamatory remarks against him at a press conference at Jantar Mantar on May 10 during a protest against alleged sexual harassment of some women wrestlers by the outgoing Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief and BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh.&nbsp;

Indian golfer Jeev Milkha Singh has lodged an FIR under sections 420, 406, and 120 B of the Indian Penal Code for receiving challans worth Rs. 83,000 for a Mercedes car he had sold back in 2014.

Jeev had sold the car for 35 lakhs to Nitin Jain in June 2014 via a car dealer named Tejinder Singh. The car, however, is still registered to Jeev Milkha's name as, despite the sale of the car, the new owner did not transfer the registration of the same.
The car is a 10-year-old diesel model which means that the car couldn't be registered in New Delhi. Jeev had issued legal notices and lodged a complaint for both the owner and the dealer regarding the notices he had been getting since 2015 and after receiving yet another one from Delhi Court, he had no option but to move the court in order to clear his name from the situation.

Referring to the slogans raised at Jantar Mantar earlier this month, the court said that the accusations are serious and the offence alleged is severe in nature. "History is not immune where such incidents have fared communal tensions leading to riots," the court added in its order on August 21.
The court further added that Chaudhary&rsquo;s interview is &ldquo;impregnated with high octane communal barbs, insulting and threatening gestures indicative of the calculative design to promote hatred..."
On August 11, the court had granted bail to Supreme Court lawyer and former BJP spokesperson Ashwini Upadhayay, who had organiser the Jantar Mantar protest where crass anti-Muslims slogans were raised.
