Filing for divorce from Danny Masterson, Bijou Phillips has sought legal and physical custody of their daughter and is willing to allow visitation for her husband.

Actor Bijou Phillips filed for divorce from Danny Masterson, former &lsquo;The 70s Show&rsquo; star, days after he was sentenced to 30 years to life in prison for rape convictions. She filed a petition in Santa Barbara Superior Court on September 18 to end her nearly 12-year marriage to Masterson, according to the court&rsquo;s website.
Phillips has asked for spousal support, attorneys fees, and her legal name to be restored to Bijou Phillips. She has also sought legal and physical custody of their daughter and is willing to allow visitation for Danny.
Phillips&rsquo; attorney did not respond to emails, and a representative for Masterson has declined to comment.
Masterson has maintained his innocence in the case and his attorneys have said they plan to appeal, contending there were problems with evidence and constitutional issues with his conviction.
Prior to Masterson&rsquo;s sentencing, in a letter to the judge, Phillips had praised him as a husband and father.
Phillips began dating Masterson in 2004. They announced their engagement in 2009, and married in Ireland in 2011.
Masterson was convicted of raping two women he knew through the Church of Scientology in 2003. Both testified that he put drugs in their drinks and violently raped them.
