Cyclone Shaheen, comes just a week after Cyclone Gulab&nbsp;which made landfall in Odisha and Andhra Pradesh.
However, fishermen from India and neighbouring Indian Ocean countries have been warned not to venture into the sea till October 2. Those already at sea have been advised to move to safer areas.
Under Shaheen's influence, heavy rainfall is predicted in Gujarat, Bihar, West Bengal and Sikkim till October 3.&nbsp;

Cyclone Gulab which reached Andhra Pradesh on Sunday evening, triggered a 24-hour rainfall of 282mm in Visakhapatnam on Monday, setting an all time record for the month of September.
The last time the city recorded such heavy rainfall was in September, 2005 when cyclone Pyarr caused 194mm of rainfall in the city, a previously held record for the month.
Cyclone Gulab&nbsp;had caused landfall around 6.30 pm on Sunday evening near Kalingapatnam in north Andhra Pradesh and had weakened into a deep depression by early Monday morning.
The Met department has issued a &lsquo;Red&rsquo; alert indicating heavy to very heavy rainfall (64.5mm to 204.4mm in 24 hours) over coastal Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Telangana and Vidarbha in Maharashtra on Monday.
