Chris Hemsworth received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and his longtime Avengers co-star Robert Downey Jr. marked the occasion with a humorous public roast of everyone's favourite &lsquo;Thor&rsquo; actor.
Downey asked their Marvel colleagues Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Scarlett Johansson, and Chris Evans to describe Hemsworth in three words. Their responses had the audience in stitches.
&ldquo;What is Chris Hemsworth?&rdquo; Downey asked. &ldquo;Renner says, &lsquo;Absurdly, annoyingly amazing.&rsquo; Ruffalo came in strong with &lsquo;friend from work.&rsquo; Scarlett got to the heart of it with &lsquo;sensitive leading lady.&rsquo; Captain America calls him the &lsquo;second best Chris.&rsquo; And I&rsquo;ll bring it to the here and now: There is no one who deserves it more. He is &lsquo;Hollywood star recipient.'&rdquo;
Downey praised Hemsworth as one of the most remarkable people he knows.

Downey expressed his excitement for the film, saying he "cannot wait" to see it and predicting it will be &lsquo;the film of 2024.

Chris Hemsworth had his family by his side to support him at his Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony.
The star was joined by his wife Elsa Pataky and their 10-year-old twin sons, Sasha and Tristan, as they posed for pictures together at the event on May 23. His daughter India Rose was also in attendance but opted out of getting her photo taken, according to Us Weekly.

While talking to the magazine, the Hollywood actor revealed that he feels like he owes Marvel fans another &lsquo;Thor&rsquo; film as the last one didn&rsquo;t meet expectations. &nbsp;

They&rsquo;re having more fun. What&rsquo;s my character doing? It was always about, &lsquo;You&rsquo;ve got the wig on. You&rsquo;ve got the muscles. You&rsquo;ve got the costume. Where&rsquo;s the lighting?&rsquo; Yeah, I&rsquo;m part of this big thing, but I&rsquo;m probably pretty replaceable.&rdquo;&nbsp;

During an interview with News18, the Hollywood actor revealed his desire to work with Ram Charan and Jr NTR.

Hollywood star Chris Hemsworth recently learned that he has a genetic predisposition to Alzheimer&rsquo;s disease and he&rsquo;s planning to take &lsquo;time off&rsquo; from acting. The actor is currently promoting his Disney Plus Hotstar docu-series &lsquo;Limitless&rsquo;.
Speaking with the Vanity Fair magazine, Chris said that he realised the importance of spending time with his family after doing an episode on death and mortality.
&lsquo;I want to sit and be in this space with a greater sense of stillness and gratitude. And then you start talking about kids and family and going, &lsquo;Oh my God, they&rsquo;re getting older, they&rsquo;re growing up, and I keep slapping another movie on top of another movie. Before you know it, they&rsquo;re 18, and they&rsquo;ve moved out of the house, and I missed the window. It really triggered something in me to want to take some time off. And since we finished the show, I&rsquo;ve been completing the things I was already contracted to do,&rsquo; Chris Hemsworth said.
The actor will head straight home after finishing the press tour of &lsquo;Limitless&rsquo;.

We talked about it during quarantine in an abstract way, but then put it on and worked out, okay, this was a pious man with tattoos and he’s cut those off and so we’d have all of those scars. And that’s when you really get to start playing with it and experiment as you film. You discover it as you go.'
Adding to that, he said, 'There’s a great pleasure in playing a villain. It’s a lot easier to play a villain than to play a hero. Chris [Hemsworth] had a much tougher job. Everyone is fascinated with bad guys, immediately. And then the beauty of it is that Taika can make it bloody hilarious and then really moving as well, in this story. And then I don’t know if it’s pushing it too much to say sympathy, but certainly, you sort of understand, maybe, why this guy is making awful decisions. And he is a monster, he is a butcher, but there’s a possible understanding of why he came to be that way.'

The trailer of 'Thor: Love and Thunder,' helmed by Oscar-winning director Taika Waititi, is finally out and it's time we grab some popcorn for the story of Space Viking Thor Odinson. The trailer begins with Korg, voiced by Taika Waititi, describing Thor as 'God' to the kids and how he saved the world 500 times.
