As voting for the 243 assembly seats in Bihar inches closer, LJP leader&nbsp;Chirag Paswan&nbsp;has promised to build a grand Sita Temple in Sitamari district of the state as part of his &ldquo;Bihar first Bihari first&rdquo; vision. The young LJP&nbsp;leader said people's faith is associated with religious tourism and this will also increase the revenue of Bihar.
