Include the right amount of carbs, fiber and protein in your diet and get enough sleep.&nbsp; Buckwheat or Singhada flour eaten during fasting is a healthy option, but instead of having deep fried pooris or pakodas, make bread out of it and eat it with curd as deep fried food increases sugar level.&nbsp; &nbsp; Diabetic patients can eat khichdi or kheer made of Sama rice. Ash gourd (petha) or white pumpkin can also be eaten during fasting but do not add jaggery to it.&nbsp;
