The Open Offer&nbsp;

<li>The open offer price for shareholders will be set at the offer made to Holcim&nbsp;-&nbsp; Rs 385 for Ambuja Cement and Rs 2,300 for ACC</li>

Markets open flat; Nifty at 11,552

Equity markets were almost flat in the morning session on Thursday following mixed Asian&nbsp;cues.
At 9:30 am, the Sensex&nbsp;was at 39,107, up 21 points and the Nifty was 0.15% higher, trading above 11,550.
Infratel, UPL, Grasim, Maruti and L&amp;T were the top five Nifty gainers. Whereas Zee, Bajaj&nbsp;Finance, ICICI&nbsp;Bank, Shree&nbsp;Cement and Powergrid&nbsp;were the top losers.
