CBSE had earlier announced it will conduct theory examinations for class 10 and 12 for the academic year from February 15, 2023.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Sunday said purported date sheets for class 10 and 12 exams doing the rounds on social media are fake.
The board is yet to announce the exam date sheets, and officials said it will be done soon.
"The multiple versions of datesheets doing the round are fake. The exam schedule will soon be announced and the students and parents should wait for official information," a senior board official said.
The board had earlier announced it will conduct theory examinations for class 10 and 12 for the academic year from February 15, 2023.
"The practical examinations will begin from January 1 and schools have been directed to complete the syllabus for these till then. The practical examinations for Class 12 will only be conducted by external examiners appointed by the board, while for Class 10, these will be conducted by internal examiners,&rdquo; the official explained.

The board has also released the subject-wise CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 sample papers along with the marking schemes for all the subjects.

Almost all students have cleared class 12 results. Of the 13,04,561 candidates who registered, 99.37% have cleared the examination. Over 1.5 lakh students have got marks above 90, which is about 11.1%. About 5.37% of students gave got more than 95% marks in CBSE. So while the number of 90% scorers is roughly the same as last year, but the number of students in 95-100% bracket is almost double.
Girls have done better than boys. The pass percentage among girls si at 99.67% while among boys it is at 99.13%. Even though the results for both girls and boys is over 99%, girls have performed slightly better (0.54%) than boys.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Monday rolled out new schemes&nbsp;for the class 10th and 12th board exams for&nbsp;the academic session 2021-22.
As per the new schemes,&nbsp;the academic session will be divided into two terms, with 50 per cent syllabus in each term. In an official statement, CBSE said a systemic approach by looking into the interconnectivity of concepts and topics by the subjects experts and the board will conduct examinations at the end of each term on the basis of the bifurcated syllabus.
The syllabus for the Board examination 2021-22 will be rationalised similar to that of the last academic session and will notified in July 2021.&nbsp;
For academic transactions, however, schools will follow the curriculum and syllabus released by the Board. Schools will also use alternative academic calendar and inputs from the NCERT on transacting the curriculum.
The Board further said that efforts will be made to make internal assessment/practical/project work more credible and valid as per the guidelines and moderation policy to be announced by the Board to ensure fair distribution of marks.
CBSE first term exams will be held in November-December, whereas the second term examination to be scheduled in March-April.

The CBSE will announce result for class 10 board exams, which were cancelled due to Covid-19 pandemic, by June 20. The board, earlier on Saturday, announced the policy for tabulation of marks for the cancelled exams.
The schools will form eight-member result committees by May 5. The provision for school-wise distribution of marks as well as finalisation of rationale document will happen by May 10.
For candidates who have not appeared in enough tests through the year, the schools will conduct online or telephonic assessment for them by May 15 and will have to finalise the result by May 25, officials said.
The board said that the marks will have to be submitted to the CBSE by June 11 and the result will be declared by June 20.
