The Election Commission has said it will conduct&nbsp;bypolls for one Parliamentary and 64 assembly constituencies in Bihar&nbsp;along with assembly elections.
On upcoming polls in Bihar, the poll panel said on Friday, that elections will have&nbsp;to be conducted before November 29.
The Election Commission&nbsp;has said one of the major factors in clubbing them together is the relative ease of movement of CAPF&nbsp;and&nbsp;other law and order forces, and related logistics issues.
Announcement of schedule of Bihar General Assembly Elections as well as these by-elections will be done by the Commission at an appropriate time.
