In a sheer case of apparent negligence, a helicopter carrying former Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa faced a struggle and briefly aborted its landing in Karnataka's Kalaburagi on Monday due to the plastic sheets and other waste on the ground.
A video shared by news agency ANI showed the chopper over the helipad trying to land but the area quickly got filled with flying plastic sheets and bags,&nbsp; forcing the pilot to keep hovering in the air.&nbsp;
