India has set aside $7 bn for Covid-19 vaccine: Bloomberg report

The govt has set aside about ₹500 billion for Covid-19 vaccine in India, according to a report by Bloomberg. The report quoting sources further added that the Centre estimates that the per person vaccine cost will be $6-7 dollars. The govt has calculated 2 shots per person at $2 per shot and another $2-3 has been calculated as infrastructure cost like storage and transport. The Bloomberg&nbsp;report also quoted sources as saying that there will be no shortage of further funds for the all-important vaccine

Reliance Industries has denied a report that it was planning to sell a $20 billion stake in its retail business to Amazon, AFP&nbsp;reported quoting a source at the oil-to-telecom&nbsp;company.
However, Reliance, in an exchange filing, denied commenting on any such deal.
The report published by Bloomberg on Thursday mentioned that Mukesh Ambani-led RIL&nbsp;had offered Amazon a&nbsp;40% stake in its retail business.
