In an interview with News 18, Sourav Ganguly has confirmed the news and has finally said yes for the project.
The former cricketer and current president of the Board of Control for Cricket in India said that the film will be in Hindi but it is not possible to reveal the name of the director now.
According to reports, the biopic is being made under a big banner-production house with a budget of around ₹200 to ₹250 crore being earmarked. The script of the film is still being written and will capture the entire journey of Sourav Ganguly.
