Recently, nutritionist Apurwa Agarwal posted that binge-watching while eating can lead to overeating without realizing how much or what you're consuming. She suggests that people prioritize quantity over quality while binge-watching.
She also recommends eating while watching TV puts you at risk of obesity, especially in kids and can end up feeling less fuller.

Overeating: Consuming more food than intended due to distraction. Poor digestion: Eating quickly or in large amounts can lead to digestive discomfort. Weight gain: Excessive calorie intake from mindless eating during binge-watching. Reduced awareness: Failing to recognize feelings of fullness, leading to further overeating.
