In 2021, this focus has now shifted to vaccinations as countries seek to inoculate their populations. Pastry shops are putting a Covid&nbsp;vaccine spin on their desserts by adding a syringe to the mix.&nbsp;&nbsp;
These syringe-themed desserts feature&nbsp;vaccine-inspired&nbsp;layered mousses with colourful jelly toppings and so much more.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Earlier this year, a German bakery&nbsp;even launched vaccine cakes in the shape of big syringes with &ldquo;2021-Bye Bye Corona,&rdquo; written on them. Reportedly, these vaccine cakes have become the new&nbsp;norm for birthdays, anniversaries&nbsp;and&nbsp;even to mark&nbsp;celebrations for people who&rsquo;ve gotten their jabs.&nbsp;
