On October 31, 2025, 'Baahubali: The Beginning' and 'Baahubali: The Conclusion' will return to theaters in a combined format to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the monumental franchise.

S S Rajamouli plans a theatrical re-release of 'Baahubali: The Beginning' and 'Baahubali: The Conclusion' as a combined presentation on October 31, 2025, marking the tenth anniversary of the franchise.

Filmmaker S S Rajamouli has announced that his mega hit "Baahubali: The Beginning" and "Baahubali: The Conclusion" are set for a re-release.
The first part of the movie, starring Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah Bhatia, Ramya Krishnan, Sathyaraj, and Nassar, released in theatres on July 10, 2015. Fans will now get to see both the parts in a combined format in theatres on October 31, 2025, the makers said announcing the special celebration for the 10 year anniversary of the movie.
"Baahubali&hellip; The beginning of many journeys. Countless memories. Endless inspiration. It&rsquo;s been 10 years. Marking this special milestone with #BaahubaliTheEpic, a two-part combined film. In theatres worldwide on October 31, 2025," Rajamouli posted on X.
Rajamouli's film was a box office phenomenon at the time of its release. It remains the sixth highest-grossing Telugu film of all time and its Hindi dubbed version still holds the record for the highest-grossing dubbed Hindi film in history.

Producer KE Gnanavel Raja has hinted at the potential development of Baahubali 3. During a discussion about his upcoming production, Kanguva, Gnanavel addressed the sequels of notable films like Baahubali, Kalki 2898 AD, and Salaar.
According to a report from Desimartini, he stated that Baahubali 3 is currently in the planning stages.

Gnanavel shared insights from conversations he had with filmmakers last week, revealing that while Baahubali 1 and Baahubali 2 were shot back-to-back, the team is now contemplating Baahubali 3 after a break.
He emphasized that filmmakers are no longer bound by rigid timelines to engage audience, indicating that a thoughtful approach could be more beneficial for sequels.
SS Rajamouli, the director of the Baahubali series, also expressed a desire to explore the franchise's universe beyond traditional films. He remarked on the need to adapt to various media forms, such as books, games, and anime, to reach a wider audience.
Rajamouli also acknowledged the ongoing discussions about the cliffhanger left by Baahubali: The Beginning and the perception that the story was effectively concluded in two parts, suggesting that a shift in mindset is necessary for future storytelling.
Rajamouli is set to direct Mahesh Babu in an action-adventure film, although pre-production has yet to begin.

It was on 10 July 2015, when the magnum opus ‘Baahubali: The Beginning’ got released. The film went onto break all possible records and establish new ones. The film starred Prabhas in the lead role, whose physique was nothing less than a trendsetter of sorts. 
The film saw Prabhas pulling off a kind of physique that nobody had ever imagined. The film’s makers were so much impressed with his dedication towards his physique, that they gifted him gym equipment worth Rs 1.5 crore to get beefed up for his role. His body transformation was closely monitored by the professional bodybuilder Laxman Reddy, who revealed that Prabhas would have six meals with egg whites, chicken, nuts, almonds, fish and vegetables thrown in. He added that even though Prabhas would be tired after shooting hard-core stunts, he would never miss his workouts. So much so that he would even start exercising at midnight! 
The transformation of Prabhas into the dream body that he got into, was purely a result of hard work, dedication and sincerity. His diet plan consisted of fish, egg whites, vegetables, and almonds with the exclusion of rice. Prabhas used to take six meals a day while his total calorie intake while shooting ranged between 2000 to 4000 calories a day!
