Avocados are rich in healthy fats, particularly monounsaturated fats, which can enhance the absorption of fat-soluble nutrients, such as lycopene found in tomatoes.&nbsp;
Lycopene is a powerful antioxidant that has been associated with various health benefits, including reducing the risk of certain chronic diseases.
Avocados and tomatoes are both nutrient-dense foods. Avocados are a good source of vitamins E, C, K, and B-6, as well as folate and potassium. Tomatoes are rich in vitamins A and C, and potassium. Pairing these ingredients can provide a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals.
As per Goyal, you can prepare sandwiches, wraps, salads and tacos with avocado and tomatoes along with other vegetables of your choice.&nbsp;
